  • Booking issue.

    I live in the USA, ever since downloading the app 2 years ago I haven’t been able to make a booking through the app.... it goes to the booking section but then has the loading symbol circling in the middle of the page, you can’t select/input anything into the search areas. So very annoying, please fix this! I would have thought after a couple years this issue would have been resolved.

  • Bug needs fixing that says my pin is incorrect

    I fly frequently and use this app a lot. However, there is a bug which needs fixing as it means I can't use the app properly. Whenever I try and log on I need to input my pin, the app is saying my pin is incorrect (I know 100% it is not incorrect) even when I have then reset it numerous times it does the same. This means I cannot use the app and rather have to use the desktop/safari version. Therefore there's no point in the app. This bug needs fixing asap. It's extremely frustrating

  • One of the worst airline apps

    I fly a lot and use a lot of airline apps but this has to be one of the worst. It is solely focused on pushing you fares and deals and completely fails when it comes to making my life as a travelling customer easier. The lack of online check in and having to jump between an awful browser experience in the app and then going outside the app completely to check in and then PRINT a boarding pass just shows that Qantas just don't understand how travellers use their mobile device these days. Recently flew on Singapore and their app is just so much more intuitive and useful to me when I'm travelling. Even easyJet as a low cost carrier give me a better experience than this. For a 6 grand business class fare I'd expect at least an adequate mobile experience before I get on board. I'm hoping that the on board experience is better than their app but Qantas now have to turn me from this negative experience where I wouldn't recommend them. A decent digital experience would have meant I didn't get to the airport annoyed with Qantas for making my pre-trip experience difficult.

  • Electronic boarding passes ? Check in?

    Taking an international flight tonight, seems there is no way to check in or display an electronic boarding pass in app. To check in, you are directed to use the full website on a computer, and from there you can print out your electronic boarding pass.

    Other airlines have apps that can do this, yours should too.

  • Waste of time

    Unable to check-in via app, unable to make changes - automatically diverted to website to do this, unable to get boarding pass on app. Suggest you remove this app until you've got a professional to design it rather what looks like a college student project.

    I love Qantas great airline I wish to win my next flight hopefully on the inaugural non stop flight for my 70th birthday anniversary The first time I flew with Qantas they looked after me I wish for them to take me to visit my 3 grandchildren as I have not seen them for 7 years 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
  • What have you done to the app, Qantas?

    I've been using this app for 3 years to book flights, hotels, cars, and tours with no problem, until this year. Now it takes forever for the booking screen to load, even after I've deleted the app and reloaded it. It's incredibly annoying and not what I expect from Qantas. Please fix the booking feature!

  • Painful to use if you are only a guest!

    Took me ages trying to check in on the app. In the end I went out of the app to the main site which to be honest is just as frustrating. I was unable to print a boarding pass due to a technical error said the site. You'd think there would be a section in the menu that says 'Retrieve or Print Your Boarding Pass' Alas not. Get one printed at the airport then? Guess so.

  • Generally ok

    Fairly solid app. However, sends you to the QF website too often which makes the app a bit clunky. The "Add to Calendar" feature consistently fails to work.
  • Terrible experience; nothing works

    Fields constantly reset and when I finally do get the data I put into the fields to stick, I get an error trying to process the request. Terrible experience, erodes trust in Qantas.
