Awful, do not bother
This app is terrible. It has a clunky, ugly, un friendly user face. It’s impossible to manage your booking as it keeps asking to go to the full website and seat changes aren’t recognised. It’s just about possible to check-in but never provides a boarding pass so there’s little point in using the app in the first place. My booking details are always incorrect and lacking detail. Any time spent on this app is a waste, in fact, even writing this review is a waste of time because it never improves, every ‘update’ is just as useless as the last.Show lessdmo88
Love the look, not the function
Can’t add my boarding pass to apple wallet even though that’s a key feature of the app and beyond that, I’ve checked into my flight 5 times now and Qantas are still prompting me on the app and when logged onto their site. Will just pick up my boarding pass at the airport I suppose...frustratedfreddie
Full of bugs

Crashing
Just updated the app on both phone and iPad and won’t open.. just crashes every time... extremely infuriating when your about to embark on a long haul flight with Qantas.attaboy101

Rewards Flights
Numerous times have booked flights with OneWorld airlines but regardless of whether I use my Qantas number or not, the trip doesn’t appear in the app. Why have the “Add Trip” feature if you can’t add your trip?!
Look at the American Airlines app and copy the good things.jnpowrie
Technical problems
Love the look and feel but CANNOT add to my Bookings which is a huge disappointment. Imagine flying around the world with Qantas and being unable to see every flight in my itinerary. Ugh.Australia604
Causes unnecessary anxiety
Tells me that my next flight has been cancelled causing me to waste valuable vacation time holding long conversations with my travel agent to establish that the flight was still confirmed. Seems there is an unpleasant bug related to time change that causes flights to be flagged as cancelled. Software quality continues to plummet to new depths. Bring back the good old days when developers didn’t depend on customers doing the testing for them.Show lessBazzerstoke
