Always crashes
I’ve tried to use this app for 3 years. Any time I try to open it, it spontaneously closes. It is completely unusable. Very disappointing for an otherwise great airline.
Love it
I love the app. I have 2 upcoming flights and once I added my confirmation number to the app it pulled the flights and all the details. Definitely one of the best airline apps that I have seen so far.
App doesn’t work
App won’t work on my iphone 7+ with most up to date OS. Fail!
Awful, do not bother
This app is terrible. It has a clunky, ugly, un friendly user face. It’s impossible to manage your booking as it keeps asking to go to the full website and seat changes aren’t recognised. It’s just about possible to check-in but never provides a boarding pass so there’s little point in using the app in the first place. My booking details are always incorrect and lacking detail. Any time spent on this app is a waste, in fact, even writing this review is a waste of time because it never improves, every ‘update’ is just as useless as the last.

Love the look, not the function
Can’t add my boarding pass to apple wallet even though that’s a key feature of the app and beyond that, I’ve checked into my flight 5 times now and Qantas are still prompting me on the app and when logged onto their site. Will just pick up my boarding pass at the airport I suppose...
Full of bugs
I can see my flight, but when I want to select a seat... .... .... ... ... indefinitely. Rubbish application.

I never write reviews but this is horrible. The app doesn’t update when you pull down to refresh, leaving you confused and frustrated when dealing with delayed flights.
Crashing
Just updated the app on both phone and iPad and won’t open.. just crashes every time... extremely infuriating when your about to embark on a long haul flight with Qantas.
App wont even open anymore since recent update
This app was good until recent update and now all it does is crash. Think this needs to be looked at.
Rewards Flights
Numerous times have booked flights with OneWorld airlines but regardless of whether I use my Qantas number or not, the trip doesn’t appear in the app. Why have the “Add Trip” feature if you can’t add your trip?!
Look at the American Airlines app and copy the good things.
