Box is great
The app is unfortunately iffy. Good news is you technically only have to use it once to set up your machine. (Just don’t factory reset trying to fix anything or you will have to fix the settings). There was a significant bug with the machine not staying connected to the network, but a firmware update has fixed that.
When it does work, the app provides information about how often it runs and lets you know when it is full and needs to be emptied.Show lessPokemonfan131313
Horrible App
This app is so bad! Litter box always disconnects and you have to reconnect. The reconnect process in the app is awful. Buttons don’t work to progress through the process. Also I totally understand it’s an Asian product but there should be a way to change language in the app and on the device. I do love the litter box but compared to other platforms this one lacks stable software in the app and on the device. At this point I wouldn’t recommend the product solely based on app and software performance. Litter box is great, app needs a LOT of help
I am mostly pleased with the litter box. I have a 22 pound cat and it works well for him though it has taken him awhile to get used to it and still prefers the other traditional box. My 10 pound cat used it the moment I poured litter in it and has only used this one since. But the app…oh my, I have finally just given up on it. It won’t stay connected to the box and I would have to reconnect it every day. It never once recorded anything except to send me a notification for a cleaning record…but then nothing was there. I have spent more hours trying to get this thing to work to no avail. I truly hope some attention is given to the app soon - I really like the box and the app would be sufficient for me with what it promises but the app just doesn’t function right for me and is probably among the worst I’ve seen personally in actual performance.Show lessLaurieb360
Application made by a beginner
This application is terrible in so many ways that giving it one star is generous. It feels like it is the very first program written by a beginner programmer.
First, when you try to register your litter box, and it fails to register for some reason, it does not give you a single reason why it failed so you can fix it. We were troubleshooting for half an hour until we reset the litter box entirely so we could register it.
Next, we wanted to update the firmware. The application blinks with the message “failed” every second during the process until it eventually fails. At this moment, we were super worried that our litter box got bricked by this crappy application. Fortunately, the litter box did its work in the background.
But wait! There is more! When you use the application, it randomly sends an error message about your network connection being unavailable. When this happens, everything disappears from your dashboard for some ten or so seconds. I have enterprise-class access points at home, so there is no failing network connection here.
The way it is programmed, I won’t be surprised that it has serious vulnerabilities, so if someone compromises your phone, this application doesn't feel it is taking good care of your data.

App needs reset constantly
Had the box for 3 months. I love the freedom of no scooping, but like everyone else has stated the app needs reset at least once a week and often says there’s no Wi-Fi….when all the other internet contraptions in the house are connected and working fine.
Other than the app, this is a nice quiet and odor free set up. There are no other issues so far. My cat adapted to it immediately.Show lessTizzelou
Doesn’t perform basic functions
The app is meant to track the cycles of the box since last cleaning and work as a remote control for the box.
Unfortunately, it disconnects so often from the network that it barely is able to keep track of how often the box is being used.
I have to reset the connection multiple times before the box reconnects. It also becomes impossible to control the box remotely.
It’s really frustrating because the app connectivity is part of the advertisement. I hope they improve it because the actual litterbox has been an overall positive experience. The app really sours it.Show lessBumplestiltsker
Worthless App
The App is horrible. It constantly says my phone is not connected to internet, and then you cannot get to the home screen without restarting app. The “Operating Manual” included with the machine is not adequate at all and the App version is just a copy of the paper version. The educational videos do not work at all. Just blank screen. The FAQ tab contains No FAQs, just a reference to FB and IG pages, (which are worthless). We just got the machine today…. Have pulled out my last hair
The litter box itself is …ok. Clean out tray/box is awkwardly placed in the very back making it a difficult job for short people. Reset button is also awkwardly placed on the side and in the back and is minimal making it hard to find without putting your face in a dirty litter box. But….the sweeping action is good and (when it works) orders are kept at a minimum. Soft ware is horrible. Constantly looses connection and when manually adding the litter box it is almost never discovered. I’ve worked with it, my tech savvy friends have tried, we’ve loaded and reloaded the app and texted CS repeatedly. I am done. Total waste of $400.Show lessSuzy (thunder rolls)
Popur App is frustrating needs a good overhaul
App is almost useless. Very hard to connect, drops out regularly and a nightmare to reconnect. It’s a shame as the product is good and so far has exceeded my expectations IF only you could sort out your software.
Support is very robotic, I have sent numerous emails and I get a generic answers that don’t address or even acknowledge the issues.
I don’t know what country you are based at but communication appears to be an issue.

Good machine held back by Stupid “Smart” device implementation
If this device connected to the app for configuration, and then just ran, I would have no issues. However, this device and app fail in the stupidest ways possible. For some godforsaken reason, the device fails whenever it loses connection to the network, or worse, for seemingly no reason, which I can only assume is when their servers fail. It doesn’t failsafe on network loss and continue with the last known settings, it seems to FailStupid and just not function when it loses connection.
I’m about to get to the point of putting in a normal litter box and reverse engineering the stupid box and making an open-sourced, Linux Communist, “The Signal Wants To Be Free” version with my 3D printers out of nothing but pure spite towards this mediocrity.Show lessMatt.MLT
