App must not be a current priority
This app is basically not functional currently. You are better off not using this app as it practically breaks the function of the litter box.
My current issues with the app: 1. Constant notifications. Mainly that the waste bin is full. Would be nice to customize notifications in app. 2. I’m assuming because of the above, the litter box won’t function. Unpairing the app allows the litter box to function again. 3. FAQ section of app is empty or does not load 4. The need for any location services. And needing precise location for some abilities on the app.Show lessTjohns1738
Missing features
1. As someone else mentioned, there needs to be a way to open the waste bin from the app. It needs to not trigger the full bin alert.
2. The time displayed does not reflect the current time zone. Mine if off by 2 hours. There needs to be an option to set the time zone.HeliBum
Annoying Notifications
Every time my cats use this, I get a notification about a Cleaning Record, regardless of how many times I clean the box. Not much functionality to this app, but disappointed so far.azphotomatt
App is very buggy
Machine was working properly on its own; however, once connected to the app, app kept warning about the waste bin being full even though it was most definitely empty, new bag, no poop and no pee clumps. After the app was deleted from phone and the machine was disconnected from the app, everything was working again. The app is practically useless right now.Show lessConguri
Okay app
Love the product and the app. However the unit disconnects from the internet frequently which makes tracking via the app impossible.AmehFace
Some ideas
Needs to let the user set the time for the device… ever since the time change the clock is an hour off. Need to let the user turn off or choose if they get notification or notsomedude1999
Please give the app ability to open waste bin
The app needs an option to open waste bin so you don’t have to stick your fingers in cat crap litter that spilled on the edges cause the design of the Popur doesn’t cleanly drop into the bin.
The popur frequently disconnects from Wi-Fi making you reset it through the hold button ten seconds procedure.Show lessLupusk9
