Unable to create an account. After I put in my email address, select a password and then tap CREATE ACCOUNT to proceed nothing happens. It takes me to a blank page. I absolutely hate having my time wasted. Thank you.

Tried deleting and redownloading, nothing. Waste of time.
Had a call with Jamie about my leaking refrigerator. He walked me through the steps of finding the source and diagnosing (pump hairline fracture). Helped me with finding the right part numbers to order also!
Really fast help, really professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with the AC and after being on the phone for 20 minutes with a rep, the issue was resolved. The experience was excellent and I highly recommend using this for repairs around the house. This probably saved me about $300!

I’m am an employee of Frontdoor and wanted to try out our new app. I had a terrific experience with the virtual chat with an expert. I had an air conditioner split system that wasn’t properly cooling certain rooms in the house. He gave both a DYI free option and assured us if that didn’t work this is a solvable problem despite being told by our service tech saying it wasn’t . Really exciting and get this, I was connected to him in 1 minute and he attached the video and audio recording in the app so I could share it with family and friends and refer back to myself!!! Kudos Frontdoor for its new product highly recommend you try it out!!

The expert was able to save me money as he was able to assist with the repair. It was nice being able to see the expert as well with the video chat feature!

Thank you for opening the Frontdoor.I am an employee of Frontdoor and tried out our product because our shower value was very loose and close to falling off. I wasn’t sure how to resolve it, so I did a video call with an expert. He was extremely knowledgeable, took some pictures and we determined that a Plummer would be able to fix it. After the video call, he sent me local recommended pros and they came out the next day and fixed my shower value!
