Quick fix!
Had an issue with my whole home humidifier for about 6 months working off and on and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. YouTube videos and others failed me and I didn’t care to have someone come out to look at it. Saw this app figured I’d give it a try and a 15min video chat later I knew what was wrong, what I needed to order and how to fix it myself!! As a do it yourself type person this experience was amazing!!!!Bruce1414
App is broken?
Saw a TV ad for this. Downloaded the app. Ive wasted 20min trying to create an account and login, deleting and reloading the app. Cant get past welcome page. Incredibly disappointed. Too good to be true:(TheMomma721
Makes things easy
I had a burned out light in my microwave oven. The expert showed me how to replace it. Super easy and only took a few minutes. I probably would have had to pay a contractor $100 or more to come to my house!Loving Tech01

Let me just start this review off with WOW!! This is best thing since sliced bread my friends! A friend told me to give this app a try and I’m glad I took the advice! I was having a plumbing issue with the toilet in my guest bathroom. The expert I spoke with named Eric, made the whole process so simple. I was able to figure out what was going on while on the video chat and he instructed me on what parts I need to perform the repair. I went to my local hardware store and purchased everything I needed. FrontDoor saved me $100’s on this repair.Judah Lowe

Needed to switch out an exterior light for a Ring camera, the expert talked me through how to do it live and we were done in about 15 minutes.ZJZMom
