  • Great lessons!

The lessons in this app have helped me with stretches, mobility and strength at my own pace and timing.
  • Focused but varied

Such a great app. I’ve known for years that I should do stretching and strengthening exercises but it took a minor knee injury to make me search out a good program. Dynamic Cyclist has kept me engaged for more than two months now. I finished the knee focus and moved on to lower back and hip function. Each daily session is focused but it’s not boring. There is variety in the way in which sessions are put together, and the coach gives brilliant demonstrations and explanations.

  • Great content!

This can be a game changer especially if you are facing injuries or even if you want to be proactive and stretch. I've seen great improvement
  • Fantastic app

This app is great I’ve been using it now for a few months I find the daily stretching routines easy to fit in on a daily basis I also try to do a couple of the strength sessions a week or at least one them to I also find manageable & easy to follow
  • No more sore back

I started Dynamic Cyclist sessions for lower back to alleviate back pain that limited cycling to ninety minutes. Now I can ride as long as I want. Each session is less than twenty minutes provides consistency in my routine.
  • Love this program

Their Hip Recovery program helped me get back to fitness after a double hip replacement in 2020.
  • Helpful program

Have had trouble opening the app so going directly to the site. Except for Alisha, I feel the instructors could give more detail on technique.
  • Good content, but …

Once the app finally opens (it takes a LONG time to load) the content is pretty good, but it would be improved by a second camera and/or the coach wearing differently colored tops and bottoms: it’s sometimes difficult to figure out exactly what I’m supposed to be doing.
  • Here for the strength training

All the negative reviews seem to be about account set up (which I had no problem with) rather than the content.
I jumped on here because I’m a longtime cyclist with all the typical issues any longtime cyclist has, butt especially hip tightness / weakness and lack of upper body strength. I started with the on-ramp during the free trial period (just to make sure I want to continue) and then signed up and got into the beginner strength training program.
I’ve never done any kind of weight or strength training, but I’m digging the routines so far. They change a bit each time (like any human, I would get bored with too much repetition) and are perfect for my level of familiarity. They don’t require a lot of equipment - the only thing I had to buy was a set of dumb bells since I already owned yoga props like blocks and straps. I’m looking forward to leveling up and seeing what the intermediate and advanced programs are like.
The videos and the coach are straightforward and to the point - no bells and whistles and no fake enthusiasm which I really appreciate!
I’ve done some of the stretching and mobility routines which are a bit simplistic for my taste. Much of it is watered down yoga - I usually just default into the asana that’s the most similar to what’s being demo’d - but I’m being patient to see if anything changes as I progress through the routines.
Lastly, I haven’t gotten into the training routines yet, but I’m definitely curious. I’ve read through what they offer and I like the explanations and breakdowns. Maybe I’ll post another review in six months or so!

  • Set up an account, still can’t access anything.

Their UX designer needs replaced. I set up an account, still couldn’t log in, tried resetting the password - nothing. Canceled the subscription, not worth my time to continue trying.
