  • Making an old man more flexible

    This is a really great App, as an older cyclist (late 60’s) flexibility and core need addressing daily and the App has been the discipline I needed to stretch every day. Routines are not too long and the video instruction is the best. I have also been following a winter endurance programme which is also excellent. I highly recommend this app. Thank You

  • Worth it

    Day 1 when i started following their daily stretches. I had a very tight hamstrings. I’ve followed their 12 months 15 mins daily stretches. And after 1 month and 5 days. I can easily touched my toes and the floor. My pedaling strokes also improved from 48/52% L/R. Now i can do 50/50%. Recommend!

    I have been cycling a few years now, but this app has made me quicker and more comfortable on the bike. Stretches and injury prevention are great. Would recommend to any cyclist.

    I have been using Dynamic Cyclist for 11 months now. I am a mountain biker. I use the daily Stretching routines and the Strength training routines. My flexibility and muscle strength, particularly the muscles I do not use directly for riding, have greatly improved leading to better posture and avoidance of related aches and pains. Great work Team Dynamic Cyclist!

  • Increases flexibility

    Started doing the stretching exercises. Short, and clear routines , really reduce stiffness pre and post cycling (or running or squash for that matter!)

    This program has allowed me to overcome and prevent many injuries. It is an important part of my gravel race training. Worth the time to invest in doing their programs.
  • Excellent training app

    I’ve used the stretching and mobility section regularly over the last two years. It’s been very useful alongside my road cycling. I’m 65+ years old so keeping mobile and managing old injuries etc. is important. Customer support has always been quick to reply. The 15-20 min daily routines are easy to fit into the day and well presented video clips that can be saved / downloaded on mobile devices (not laptop).

  • New App

    I like the app it is better than the old one. It still needs work very glitchy on my Apple phone. Take three or more tries to open my workout then works fine. Good content. Wise you had a hamstring rehab workouts and stretching. Thanks keep up the great work.
  • I needed this!

    This app is amazing ! Since using dynamic cyclist I am not getting the aches and pains I used to - not just from cycling but working at a desk and driving long distances. Getting closer to 60 this has helped keep me flexible and injury free!
  • My Personal Coach!

    I try to do 1-stretch, 1-strength followed by 1-Stretch. About an hour total. 3xWeek. Works great for me. I can target my problem areas.
