  • Great cycling Exercise App!

    This app is loaded with different programs (flexibility, yoga, strength and conditioning, endurance, in-ramp) which increase in difficulty as you move at your own pace. This app has highlighted weak areas and has helped me strengthen them to the point the areas are not of issue anymore. Dynamic cyclist has helped me make real life gains in Gravel cycling!

  • Great app

    I have been a regular cyclist for years and don’t really suffer too much with stiffness or pain on the bike. However my work life has me spending far too many hours sat in front of a computer and I have suffered with general lower back pain for years. I started using the Dynamic cyclist program about a year ago. I use both the daily stretching and specific lower back and posture correction programs. It has definitely made a difference to my day to day life and general flexibility. I try to do it every day but sometimes only manage 4 or 5 sessions a week. Any less than that and I start to feel the lower back pain creeping in again. I would highly recommend giving it a try. It has definitely helped me.

  • Truly an amazing app

    This is truly an amazing app and a must have for any cyclist. Great stretch, training programs and lots of great cycling tips. I really love it and use it almost every day. Highly recommend.
  • Great programmes great app

    Easily the best cycling based mobility and strength app I’ve used. You can feel the progression through the levels as you get better. Easy bite size chunks is always the best way to get into a routine. Superb.
  • Helpful strength and movement exercises

    I’ve been using the program 3 years. The programs are easy to follow and are relatively short so it is easy to find time to complete. Finally the programs require very little investment in equipment, basically a mat, strap, and some dumbbells.
  • Great mix of programs

    The stretches and warmups have been a helpful addition to my cycling conditioning. The workout programs are a nice addition for non-ride days.
  • Back pain is gone

    I have been using Dynamic Cycling for two years now and know that I have been neglecting my mobility exercises as soon as the lower back pain comes back. It only takes a couple of sessions and it’s gone again. I have now added in the knee rehab program and it has been a God send. Keep up the excellent work!
