  • Improvement all round

    I am about three months in on the daily stretching routine and two months in on the strength routine. The app is easy to access and the daily programme is short enough to fit in most days. I have progressed to ride over 90 miles in one go - with just a few aches which some stretches got rid of. The range of muscles strengthened by the exercises are also helping my running - a stronger core has improved my posture, stopped knees aching and I am regularly improving on my 10km times. Thank you Dynamic Cyclist team!

  • Great fitness program

    I have been using this for a few years and I started with injury recovery, back and knee and moved on to strengthening. I couldn’t be where I am today on my bike without this program.
  • Computer excellent; so far pretty good on phone

    Was glad to finally see the app. Have been using the program on my computer for a year plus with no issues. Logged into the app without any problem. Content opened without any lag time and ran fine. Fingers crossed it continues to run seamlessly.
  • Works great for me!

    Not sure the issues with the other reviewers. I had an account and then downloaded the app. Signed in and I was off and going. I like that the app stores my progress and shows my progress through the workout plans. The app is not like Peloton but this also doesn’t cost what Peloton charges you. It’s also cyclist specific workout plans to help keep you strong and balanced on the saddle and not designed to just burn calories like Peloton.

    I paid for the subscription because I had some unbalanced muscles causing back and knee pain I needed to get some help on. Vs paying $45+ for physical therapy I decided to try this first and work through a couple of the plans. I’ve done 2/3 of their intermediate strength plan and all of their winter strength plan. It completely addressed my knee pain with my weak gluts and hamstrings. Back pain is still in progress but I’m able to ride longer and harder than previously. Saved me a lot of money not having to go to a PT specialist.

    Their workout plans are around 30 minutes long which work great for my schedule.

    Only thing I’d suggest improving is change the way their exercise explanations are. They’re good for the first time you introduce an exercise but as you progress through the plans, having long drawn out explanations for exercises that you’ve done many times before is a waste. As we progress through your plans we need less talk and more working out. Take some tips from other programs to keep us moving

  • Increased mobility and less pain

    I find when I consistently use the app I have less chronic pain and greater mobility. It’s a great way to start the day.
  • What a great app

    This is a great app. By focusing on cycling, all the exercises are aimed at making you stronger and faster on the bike. But all of the exercises would benefit anyone whether you cycle or not. For about £60 for an annual membership you can’t go wrong. You also get cycling training plans to use which enabled me to do my first 100kms. It’s a great app. If you’re unsure, just go for it. I believe you get the first 7 days as a trial. Just try it, what have you got to lose? 🚴‍♀️

    Love it - all sessions are clear, easy to follow, and I am definitely seeing an improvement in tight hamstrings (my motivation to try it). 100% recommend 👍😁
  • Good Decision

    I kept thinking about using the programs on Dynamic Cyclists but held off for whatever reason. I am 67 and have been using the strength and conditioning programs and the injury prevention programs (lower back) 4-5 times a week since February and I have noticed a big improvement in my strength. I can put out more watts seated that ever before. I like the way each exercise is explained and timed. Before you know it 30 minutes is over. I also find the five and ten minute pre ride videos helpful. I hope to incorporate the daily stretching videos more. There is a lot offered.

  • Game Changer

    I have been using the Dynamic Cyclist app for my off-bike strength and core stability training for about a month now and it really has been a game changer for me.
    I love how the classes are delivered, the very limited amount of kit required and the perfect duration of the classes.
    The classes are easy to follow and really do focus in on the individual cycling specific muscles for a brilliant all-over workout!
    I can definitely feel the difference after only a month.
    I have used a number of other fitness/yoga apps before but none have come close to this in delivering what I need, as a cyclist, to improve my cycling fitness and strength!
