Very creative & unique gift app

Outstanding customer service and excellent creativity. They truly managed to put a big smile on my mom’s face on her birthday. That too, in LESS THAN 24 hours of notice, meeting all of my very specific requirements, putting their best efforts into making my vision come live. It was extremely important for me to be able to make my ammu feel the most special this birthday of hers and I honestly had no idea who i could rely on to help me make it happen all the way from Canada, in less than 24 hours. And I’m so so glad to have come across Sugary. They put together the perfect gift box for ammu just as i had imagined, while catering to all my needs from the other side of the world. Their service, procedures and creative talent are brilliant. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to make a loved one feel special.

Best gift services out there. They got you for everything, literally.

Such a great app. Their customer service has been top notch. I would 10/10 recommend for people sending gifts for their loved ones through this spectacular platform. I myself have gotten a great service. Please do reach out to them beforehand as they do need time to prepare the gifts.

Wrong product were sent and Didn’t Refund me for the missing products which I paid for

I placed an urgent gift order worth almost BDT27000 and also paid the highest delivery charge for it to be delivered on time. It was suppose to be a surprise for my husband but they delivered it at night around 11:30 pm when all program was over, yet I was happy. But when we opened the gift we were surprised to see they messed up with multiple orders, gave wrong one and didn’t give many of the products that I ordered and also paid for. I informed them immediately and they said they’re gonna refund me. But even after nearly a month there’s no refund. After weeks they responded they haven’t charged extra saying the invoice was adjusted but I’m shocked how such a business company could lie for some few thousands of money!!!! I have all the screenshots of the receipts and my bkash payment statements, I have sent them all. Even after such trickery I’ve been polite enough and asked them to recheck but there’s no response from their end. I’ll definitely tell my friends and family to avoid this sugary app for gifts.
