They are the best and life saver

I purchased from them for the very first time and i haveee to tell they were so kind to me. I was so confused about everything they communicated with me and suggested me alot of stuff. I did give them alot pain but they were so kind to understand my situation. And the detailing in gift box was so perfect they packed everything so perfectly their materials were high quality and what not. I totally recommend sugary.

Nearly everything I wanted

From the app design, customer support, service and delivery, everything was incredibly smooth, simple and convenient. The only criticism I have was that the watch and the pen I included in the box could have been of higher quality, but quite literally everything else was flawless, including the delivery time!

Thank you for making my parents’ anniversary just that much more beautiful.

I am sooo happy with the service we received from Sugary…they outmost professional, creative and most importantly supportive!!! I was so impressed by the first purchase that while ordering second time I could not think of better place than them!!! The most amazing part of them is they have delivered me the second product within 24hrs!!! That was impressive!!!! Keep up the good work!!! Looking for more in future!!!

Brilliant idea and brilliant service

One the best user experience I had in a Bangladeshi App. Very well crafted. Lot of room for growth and improvement but with the attention to detail this team has Sugary will be a blast internationally. Keep up the good work.

Just fantastic

A spectacular app. The app allows you to control the entire customisation process. They have a large range of products to choose from so you are bound to find a perfect gift which are also customisable to your wish. Their designing team are experts no doubt. I ordered possibly the most minimalistic products due to shortage of finance. But they still created something looking so appealing and gorgeous that i couldn't even comprehend before it arrived on my doorstep. Their customer service was super friendly and cooperative who aided me through the whole process. They truly were awesome and super helpful. If there was any piece of advice i would give to Sugary, it would be to get some more products like plushies and small jewellery and more cute products. I really liked Sugary and I am definitely using this again the next time i gift someone something. Definitely deserves 5 stars!!
