    Update: I just got the most lame response yet. Developer says to log in often. That’s it. No other response. They already know from my multiple reviews that I log in multiple times a day. That’s like starting a car that has no wheels. You’re not going anywhere. Thanks for nothing!
    Broken again. What a waste of time. So tired of complaining about the app, and I wouldn’t bother but there’s over 3,000 employees that are required to use this app to get 20% off our insurance premiums. Hasn't run successfully longer than 3-4 weeks at a time without breaking again The worst ongoing issue is it not giving points for heart rate during a workout. Who can’t figure this out? The rule says you get the 15 max points if you get above 60% of your max rate during the workout. It’s ridiculous for us to give this a thought while moving between weights, machines, mats or cardio activities. Come on! We could do this with a pencil and paper, but this app can’t do basic math??? And even worse, someone can sit on the couch and turn in a “manual” workout for 10 points. But for those of us that are really working hard for at least the 45 minutes may get as little as 5 points. So based on our routine for the last 6 months when we were forced to use your app… tell me your sorry, then tell me to delete and reinstall the app, then I’ll confirm that does nothing, then you put my missing points in, then we’ll do it all again in a few weeks.

  • Not ready for prime time

    Our company switched from Go365 to Vitality. I have noticed points for challenges not being awarded. Called tech support number which was answered by a human without going through a number of transfers so a plus there. But the app needs to work. Support said a system was down so she could not fully resolve my inquiry. Points are apparently not showing up for challenges but the. Showing up on a later date without the original date and not showing in the app. A step backward from what we had.

  • Awful

    I decided to write a review after the program again lost its “keep logged in” settings. Note that this a workaround as it cannot save your password NOR can it retain thumbprint ID. This is one of the worse apps I’ve encountered and sadly I have to use it to retain my good standing with the health insurance. I write this whilst I wait in account lockdown as my futile attempts at plugging in my password have failed. Wish me luck😭if you can avoid this app…do so

    I am extending my review as AGAIN this app has not saved my login settings. Work with your apps team? That’s what the above workaround was from. Again, I cannot avoid this app if I want the health care discount and benefits but PLEASE avoid if you can.

    Hello solitairing-it, we are sorry to hear you are having issues staying logged into the app. To address your login issues, please update your iOS version and then delete and reinstall the Power of Vitality app. After doing this, update your login preferences by navigating to Profile > Settings > Login preferences > You can use biometrics/log in automatically.
  • Wellness app that gives you Anxiety

    App doesn’t sync activity properly and doesn’t reward points accurately.

    What kind of wellness app is not good for your wellbeing? This one. This app cheats you. You work so hard to get your points, only for it to not be recorded, and in turn, not reward you points that you deserve. We get anxiety every single day because we are worried our points are not going to sync and not get the points. Like what’s the point of this app then if it’s not going to do what it’s supposed to do? It’s like all your efforts go to waste because this app doesn’t do it’s MAIN job. It’s like a lottery at the end of the day cause you know you’ve reached your goal, worked hard for your 10k steps, only for this app to not work and pay you for your hard work! At the end of the day, you just get upset. It’s not good for your mental health cause it just screws with your every single day. This app rewards your hard work with Anxiety!

    This app has one job, and it fails at it.

    And when you contact them regarding the issue, they tell you that they don’t know when it will get fixed.

  • A zero if I Could

    My school district switched to this app the beginning of the year. After three months of using it, I can say it is a huge disappointment. The lack of challenges to sign up for to earn extra points, reporting self gym workouts, and not receiving the correct points, or daily steps not recorded at all, is all highly frustrating! To top it off you reach out to the help center and they say they will help adjust points within 24 to 48 hours and it doesn’t happen or they are having technical difficulties & are working to resolve them… still waiting!

  • Mediocre

    The app looks nice, but seems to have been released before it was ready. There is a lot of glitches, and the more I use it the more annoyed I get with it in general. I have to manually log in every time I use the app, and it frequently requires email verification even though I select do no challenge for 180 days. When I select the daily completed for challenges it frequently does not show in the app as completed, but it appears I am getting the points. It’s a frustrating app experience.

  • Monthly complaint

    Lather. Rinse. Repeat. I complain on the app. I call customer service. Customer service works on it and Begrudgingly gives you points. Developer says they’re sorry. Recommends you delete and reload. Then I love it when the developer wants you to edit your review! Seriously?!? For what? Are you proud that you replied? Get the app fixed please. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app so many times and it has ZERO impact. I’m now on about a 2 week rotation. It works. It breaks. Over and over. For instance the workouts for the past 10 days didn’t update two days. The rep says she’s updated the missing workouts. We’ll see if they show. And guess what?!? Looks like today’s points aren’t going to load either! Like I’ve said in several reviews, the 48 hour posting cycle is bunk. if they don’t load before end of day, they are not going to load the next day. What a mess. And unfortunately, we have a lot of folks in our firm that are going to be sad when they lose their 20% discount on their insurance next year. Pitiful.

  • Glitchy and error filled app AND website

    Updated 19Mar to 2 stars — updated app has faceid working

    WHERE IS THE VITALITY SQUARES. “Coming in March… “ its almost the end of march!

    “Remember this device for 180 days” — more like 1… makes me re-login every time… Getting less errors, from sign-in, to basic navigation between pages, to viewing health results 50-80% of the functionality has errors before refreshing/going back and forth over and over and finally getting it to load. The old app had less functionality, but at least it was reliable and functional. This new one has a LOT of bugs.
