  • Apple Pay Option

    Updated Review Oct '24 - Encountered a bug where after making a payment, the "Done" button doesn't do anything and you're stuck on the payment confirmation screen. Otherwise the app works well. Apple Pay as a payment option would be great addition for ease of use.

  • App Breaking Bug

    Face ID no longer works. When you log in via user name/password, you get to a multi-factor authentication screen that’s blank and a dialogue box that is also blank aside from an “ok” button. When you hit the button, you see a blank screen. When you hit ok, you get an error and kicked out.

    Wash Gas, you don’t need an additional text/email 2FA on the app when you allow the use of Face ID. The point of Face ID is to be the necessary 2FA. Your app was so good before. Now totally broken :(

  • Is this come kind of joke?

    Can’t login at all. When I open the app the Face ID function kicks in, but it doesn’t log me in until I enter the password. Then I’m taken to a screen that says multi factor identification with a pop up message window with an OK button, but there is no content in the box other than the word message. So I press the OK button, which takes me to a completely blank screen other than the fact that it still says two factor authentication at the top, but there’s no other text in the window again and when I click next, it says failed to login. “ error, your login attempt was unsuccessful, please try again later”.

  • Difficult to reach the right customer service suppor

    I tried to access multiple accounts at Washington Gas by calling and emailing. Not successful. I only get some information I need from the online portal and app.

    This app makes it very easy to pay my bill so I don’t forget.
  • Can’t login

    The app used to work just fine. For the past few months it keeps coming up with a multi-factor authentication message that I can’t see or read and it won’t allow me to move on.

    Great app… takes less than a minute to make a payment…could not be easier. Thanks.
  • Payments

    The app would be nice if I could access the payment screen. I have to keep going through emails and now I can’t schedule my payment for the day I get paid. And now I can’t even login in the app. So what’s the point
  • Terrible app

    Face log-in doesn’t work even though it says it recognizes me. When I log in with my password, it brings up a page saying multifactor authentication but doesn’t send me a number or give me any choices on how to do it, so there is no way to continue
  • App doesn’t allow logging into account

    The app doesn’t allow for logging into my account. It’s just a giant error screen, and it’s been this way for months, even after uninstalling/reinstalling, and even after getting a new phone. It’s utterly useless.
