  • A few bugs

    It works fine, but I’ve found a couple of issues. 1. Biometric login doesn’t work. The app stays at the initial screen requesting a password. 2. It would be very helping there was a way to export the PDF bill 3. A shareable payment confirmation screen would be very nice. This for those that use to keep detailed records of every household and utility expenses.

  • Upgrade? I think not

    It won’t allow me to login to my account. It says it’s sending an email to reset my password advising to check my junk mail folder. Nothing has been received.
    I was enrolled in automatic payments so I had been ignoring the texts about payment reminders etc assuming nothing had changed. I missed a months payment! When changes this drastic occur they should mail a paper copy to customers so they can be aware. With the inability to log into my account I’m going to go back to paper billing.

  • Poor Customer Service

    I have been having challenges logging into my account since the platform changeover and called several times but have received no assistance resolving my login issues.

  • Update Fail

    Downloaded the updated app that launched July 2023. It just spins and spins. Deleted immediately. I’ll stick with the online portal.

    I tried to download this app twice. Neither time would it load on my iPhone.

  • Test before release

    Tried to pay bill using later date and the app froze so had to swipe close on iPhone with up to date software. Developers need to test a basic payment before releasing an app.
