  • Washington Gas new app

    This app needs to fix the payment option of scheduling a payment for a future date! I was paying all my bills last month including Washington Gas which was not due for several weeks out. The confirmatiom of payment email sent to me had stated it had posted my payment immediately ! It took me quite some time dealing with a rep who clearly did not understand it was an error in App and insisted that I call my bank to stop payment! Since most banks charge a a a fee for this “service “ I finally gave up, hung up and called back! I got a Rep who took the time to call the IT department and was advised that several customers had called t in about this problem and they were working to fix it but it but it may take several months to resolve the problem. He voided my payment transaction to resolve! my issue and advised me to avoid the this option for the next several months. In fact he did every thihg the first Rep refused to do!

  • Good improvement. Still not solid.

    I raised my rating from 3 to 4 stars. FaceID does now work, but if I get logged out, I still must restart app for FaceID to let me back in. Simply pressing FaceID does not work for me.

  • A good initial effort, but …….

    This app is a great tool for managing our Washington Gas account.

    The FaceID method of logging in fails to work most of the time. I can’t even find a consistent method to better my chances with FaceID.

    I also have a seemingly permanent app icon red badge with a 1 in it. Problem is that I’ve scoured the full app and cannot find any message or task that’s causing the indicator. It’s incredibly annoying.

    I’m going to delete and re-install the app. If problems persist then I’ll just have to do without the app.

  • Glad to have the app

    Only glitch is that the app constantly shows I have a message when I cannot find it nor can I get rid of the indicator. I’ve tried uninstalling and nothing seems to get rid of the message indicator.

  • App does not accept my credit card ☹️☹️☹️

    I tried to pay thru app 3 times and my credit card was not accepted. This is the same credit card I have been using to pay my Washington Gas for the past 3 years ☹️☹️☹️

    Also the Face ID is hit or miss when logging into the app ☹️☹️☹️

  • Payment options

    Tried to put in my banks routing number. Their system does not allow you to put in the full routing number. They cut it off by one digit.

  • Can’t even log in

    Says “invalid username or password” but I know it’s correct because I can log into my account via the website.

    Please fix. Otherwise useless app.

  • Won’t download - Resolved

    I tried to download this app twice. Neither time would it load on my iPhone. I finally got it to download today and have logged on. I have not yet used it for bill paying.
