  • Awesome app

I like that’s it’s all in one. The only complaint I have is that the workouts don’t hit one specific muscle group how I like. It would be generalized as an upper body and have a mixed workout that targets 3 or 2 muscle groups. Like if I wanted a back specific it would show back and chest/ tricep workout. The workouts don’t seem to difficult either definitely beginner friendly but I’d like something more challenging since I’m experienced gym rat.
  • THE app I’ve been searching for!

Finally an app that has just about everything a woman could want!!! Thank you Heidi and the entire GROUNDS team for all of the work you put in to develop this amazing tool. I’ve used it daily since I downloaded it on Monday (10/16) - whoooo!!!!! Looking forward to my results already and it’s only week 1!
  • Great app!

Easy to use, lots of features for tracking. Very detailed workouts - shows proper form with explanations for beginners. Several substitutions available if equipment is not available. The workouts are on par with the difficulty level that my trainer provided when we worked together. Definitely worth the cost and much cheaper than a trainer if you’re new to fitness or just looking for general weight loss, maintenance, or strength building.
  • Love it so far!

I’ve had a personal online coach for a year and that contract just ended so I needed a program to follow and so glad I chose Grounds! Love it so far! A little glitchy. I wish you could do .5 with weights (like 22.5, 27.5 etc). Also my keyboard keeps getting stuck in position during the workout which is very frustrating because I have to close out of the app and restart my entire workout to get it to go away. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars! I do love cycle tracking too!
  • Not perfect but still Awesome App

Not perfect but still Awesome App. I know they are listening to feedback and improving the app so I will continue to use it.
    My suggestions for improvement:
    - Let user exit the app without pausing the workout.
    - Let user swap a move while in the workout and not just before.
    - Let user mark days on the calendar as Rest Days or Active Rest Days (include some active rest day activity ideas for the true newbies).
  • New & Amazing

Absolutely love this app so far. I recently discovered Heidi on IG and was intrigued when I saw she was releasing a workout app. I have been wanting to get back into working out (I’m a 30f)and the fact that this app will help me with workouts + nutrition + community and implementing healthy habits. I had a slight issue getting signed in & support replied within half an hour! It truly is an all-in-one app special to women. I love the feature to be able to scan in the barcode from my snacks. Makes it so easy. I am so excited to witness the launch and cannot wait to see where this app goes. I am looking forward to having my best body. Women supporting women.<3 Thank you, Heidi & team!!!
  • Loving Grounds App!

I am loving this app! The thought and planning that went into this to deliver an app that takes into consideration the many things needed for a gym or home workout or a hybrid. That plus bringing into one place workouts as a program or on demand, meal tracking and other functions we would use separate apps for....love this!

I look forward to the continued growth of this app, this company and this women focused safe space! Fantastic job Heidi and all of the trainers and designers...the entire team who delivered Grounds to us and for use.
  • So far I like it… but there’s 2 major things

I like the programs so far, but there’s a couple of things I noticed right away that I wished were different. First, I’d like to be able to exit the workout and look at the workout overview to remind myself of what workouts I’ll be doing later. Right now you have to end your workout to leave and I don’t want to end it, just pause so I can review. Second, I’d like the option to substitute workouts if certain equipment isn’t available. I know you have that option but when you click on equipment unavailable it makes you take that piece of equipment off of your list of available equipment which will change all your workouts throughout the app, not just that single day when that piece of equipment wasn’t available. I don’t want to say I never have access to an incline bench because sometimes I do, just not that day. This is a pretty major thing I like to be able to do in my workout programs- thus me taking 2 stars away. I don’t want to limit all of my workouts just because I didn’t have something that single day. Another thing I don’t like is how I don’t have the option to log my workouts if I do something independently instead of one of their programs. Like if I decided to run for 15 minutes then stretch there’s no option to record that I did that.
  • Best. App. Ever.

I think fitness/wellness is something everyone aspires to be conscious of and dedicated about. As a woman, I’ve found it difficult to find a way to consistently prioritize fitness because there are SO many things to keep track of—macros, menstrual phases and their impact on workouts, getting to the gym, feeling uncomfortable in the gym, not knowing what to do when I’m in the gym, feeling overwhelmed by finding workouts I like, and lacking a community. Heidi and the grounds team, through this app, have created one place that alleviates ALL of those concerns. You can track your period, macros, water, etc. There are set workout programs or one-off workouts if you don’t want to do a program all with step by step instructions and demonstrations so you know you’re doing things correctly. There is a community of women at various places in their fitness journey to offer support. This app truly feels like coming home!
