  • Absolutely fantastic

    Has been incredibly helpful for my work. The latest update has made it even more useful, as it has significantly improved the friendliness and ease-of-use when it comes to editing and summarizing transcribed text.
  • Interface refresh looks great but main functions are sluggish.

    I love the new interface, but the transcription and summary take significantly longer. A 27-minute meeting took 4 to 5 min to transcribe, and the summary took about 14 min. Thatโ€™s way too long when this process used to take 1 to 3 minutes to complete the whole process.

For the majority of recordings, results are produced within 1 to 2 minutes. However, we acknowledge that some processes are not yet optimized.   • Wonky UI

    While the Plaud device seems to work well. The appโ€™s UI suddenly leaves a lot to be desired.
    I submitted a support ticket regarding the issue which is that words run off the screen of my iPhone 14 Pro and or overlap or are jumbled. Plaid support emailed that the problem was resolved but required an app update which I performed. NO CHANGE WHATSOEVER!

    I find this recorder to work perfectly. The only thing I see that it could improve it is when it does inscriptions that it would be able to put your own in there so that it fits your needs. But otherwise it works great wonderful small perfect carry around in your pocket and hooked to your phone. Highly recommend.

    I installed the update. Now the app wonโ€™t open. it will open. Tell you about the updates that itโ€™s made. If that is it, the app will not fully open. Beware.

  • Worst update ever

    Cant use it in my iPhone 15 pro max. The st@pid intro with "whats new" is completely unnecessary and at the end the continue button is out of the screen.........OMG!!
