  • No customer service!!

    This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 3 months ago I sold a vehicle and called to remove it from the plan, after spending hours on the phone, each time being reassured it’s resolved, I keep being charged for 3 vehicles instead of 2. I’m canceling service after being a customer since this company was called wikiwiki 10 years ago. Shame on you for treating customers with no care!

    The attendant John was great. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The prices have went up quite a bit since last year and the vacuums are extremely weak. The rate increase certainly isn’t justified. There are too several competitors that offer better vacuums for the same prices or lower. John kicked this review up to a 4.

    I have and pay for 3 vehicles, it’s a 3 month 50% off plan , for two weeks I haven’t taken my vehicles because app said I did not have membership. After calling the main number , they said I did have a membership. I wasted two weeks because of the app saying I did not have a membership. After speaking with a rep , they said the app was going through some transactions but didn’t put that on the app as a notification. Please update app so customers will know .

  • Car wash??

    Navigating the app, is sometimes extremely frustrating. You can never find what you’re looking for, and it takes you even longer to find somewhere to search for, it crashed on me 3 times. My info doesn’t save, there is the app.
    The car wash is pretty cool. It washes most of your car, an adds tiny little circle scratches on it. Other then that, the owner was very nice polite helpful and Good at his job. I did the whole 18 dollar little scan sticker, also it was supposed to just come out.

    Well it did. And 46 bucks not 10 for a wash I didn’t use cause it was 10 bucks, my car was still dry in some areas, and it was scarred.
    It was my choice, just as it’s yours if you want to get your car washed. Season is almost over any how. Best of Luck!!!

  • Not helpful

    It should allow you to change your cars when you did it at the car wash. I’m not able to update it in the app so now I have to get out of my car and go ask somebody to fix it for me at the car wash. It should be able to do it in the app and I’m paying two amounts and I can’t get it fixed.
  • Not wash member friendly

    I don’t see where having the app is giving me any special privileges. I am a monthly wash member, so I’m getting practically unlimited washes now with no way to take advantage of any perks offered in the app. When I try migrating my account into the app it does find me but doesn’t recognize my license plate (which is already registered in the app) during migration. The app just keeps going round in circles.

  • Trouble with tag

    This app is not syncing with the computer system at my favorite car was location. I’ve tried 3 times so far to get the tag to work automatically but have to get a person each time.

    Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been trying for 15 days to set up an account. Moved to TX and tried to add 4 vehicles and pay annually. Downloaded app and added cars. Wouldn’t accept my payment. Went to location they couldn’t help me didn’t know how. Told me to call home office. Gave me ma customer service number. I called couldn’t help me told me since it was app related had to email, absolutely no other option! Emailed three times and all response are giving me the run around (it’s my card, it’s not it’s got a ridiculous credit limit) blah blah. I even added another card just in case for some bizarre reason it didn’t like my card, yep still doesn’t work. It’s an error on their side but nobody will fix it and they won’t let me speak to a human so I’m giving up after 15 days and finding a competitor who actually wants my business and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Highly disappointed, discouraged and disgusted!

  • I don’t like it

    I always get a “no win” it should be removed as an option. I was charged twice for my membership last month just because I wanted to attach my account to the app and it detected it as a new membership. I’ve been coming to this location before I could even drive and it is disappointing how it went from BOOMERANG to ZIPS just so Zips owners can mess it up. You call and no one ever answers. It says they are open from8:30 to 5 but does not specify Monday- Friday or all week. Y’all really need better service!

  • Useless

    Before the stupid RFID (which my location is not equip with) you used to be able to scan the barcode if the License plate reader wasn’t working. Now the app no longer shows a barcode if you want a wash but gives a dumb message of “use the RFID or LP for your wash” the barcode would’ve been helpful just now when I needed a wash. I pay monthly and yet everytime I go up there…it’s not working. Tonight I tried to call attendant over, lady stared at me 4 times and never can’t over. I was forced to back out as I was not going to pay for a wash since I’m a member. App is a waste.
