They’re never open
Wouldn’t know if the app works, I’ve had a membership for a month and only managed to use the actual car wash once. I’ve been swinging by twice a day as it’s on my way to work and on the rare occasion it’s actually open there’s a line waiting well into the street. Kwik trip for the win! Waste of time
We have been members since the car wash opened. Over the last year or so, it was changed to ZIPS. When I go into the store I am told that all changes need to go through the app. The app recognizes my tag number but doesn’t have any of the cars linked to the correct account. I have now wasted 30 minutes and can’t make the changes that I requested.Show lessJohnWKY

both my vehicles are on my account and I’ve been coming to Zips for two years. After finding out about the app from customer service rep that I was talking to about a billing error. I downloaded it. But I keep entering my correct RF ID number I confirmed with one of the location, as well as both my license plates and I can’t get it to find my account. No use
What’s the point of an app, when you can’t modify your own account? This app won’t even let me update my new vehicle. Instead it is trying to charge me another membership fee. It’s a waste of time trying to contact someone for help on the app issues! I’m going to delete this app, it’s just taking up storage on my phone with no use.Show lessCustomer service still exist?

App barcode will NOT at kiosk no human available to help
barcode would not scan at the kiosk. Of course there was no human available to help. Due to cars behind me I went ahead and swiped My credit card and paid $18 for a car wash, signed up for the basic unlimited on the app. Pulled around went inside the building to find two teenagers, eating cheeseburgers, unable to help and said yeah the app just complicates things not sure how to help you. Then found out the app recorded my daily wash on my monthly program and the $18 wash I just paid for real time….. no customer service to dispute.Show lessKYconsumer10

What a great addition to my monthly subscription…I earn money every month just by paying my bill. Also, winning credits to pay my bill with the spin and win game everyday (not winning everyday, but I spin it everyday).

this app is only a toy tool for third party advertising. no benefit to me.
i was trying to look up why i was chatged 45$ when the lady said i would be 20$ as an incentive because to stay on as a customer. so, i find out she lied and i find out the app is junk that will not hook up to the same account.
