App has performance issues.
Accessing my Zips account has never been easy online. Initially the app seemed to be an upgrade. But recently when I upgraded my membership I was charged at the new, more expensive level, I have not been receiving the upgraded wash job. So I am charged for more than I get. Today the app will not even open. It just spins & shows a little car driving by a Zips car wash. I’m thinking that maybe that’s the best course of action for me too; just end my membership & drive on by to go to another car wash. It’s not like this is the first time Zips has failed. Don’t switch
I switched to the app and now they have billed me twice! Reached out to support via email and the response was less than stellar. If my billing isn’t corrected, no more washes as they won’t keep taking mine.Wolfpackerbdp84
Just absolutely terrible
It’s that simple ZIPs customer support is absolutely terrible. If you have problem with your account or app. You are basically screwed. Changing plans simply doesn’t work. Completely incompetent companyZips / Laughable
Zips car wash
Ever since they got the app my services stopped working . I was told by an employee that I needed to migrate to the app and that was the worst thing I could have done and nobody can seem to fix it. I’m ending my contract with them and going to wash and roll.Maceystatt
Good luck cancelling your membership if you use this app
Don’t do it. They’re incompetent and offer no way to cancel the membership through the app. Their customer service is equally as incompetentAeararaarareararararearararra

This car was app is disgusting and horrible. To cancel you have to call someone and it took me 30 mins to cancel and they were trying to make me stay a member. The app interface is just horrible. It looks like it was made by a toddler. Just so many confusing and useless sections. Don’t get a membership here just go to sweetwater.Show lessflex2hard69
