Useless
Before the stupid RFID (which my location is not equip with) you used to be able to scan the barcode if the License plate reader wasn’t working. Now the app no longer shows a barcode if you want a wash but gives a dumb message of “use the RFID or LP for your wash” the barcode would’ve been helpful just now when I needed a wash. I pay monthly and yet everytime I go up there…it’s not working. Tonight I tried to call attendant over, lady stared at me 4 times and never can’t over. I was forced to back out as I was not going to pay for a wash since I’m a member.

Waste of Time
I’ve had membership for about 4 years and 2 years ago added my wife’s vehicle to my account. At the first of the year my bank account was compromised and had to close my debit card. I finally got things straightened out and Zips was immediately updated with information. We traded my wife’s 2004 Jeep to a 2019 Jeep at the 1st of February, and was able to get a new RFID card sticker about 4-6 weeks ago.
Shortly afterwards, began having trouble having my ID sticker scanned on both vehicles to get a car wash. Attendant at local wash on numerous occasions took down my information to try and update, but was told I had to reapply for a new membership for each vehicle individually. I asked to have the memberships linked on one account, but was told to contact customer service, which I did. I was told that I had to get a Zips app on my phone to “migrate” the 2 accounts into a single one. I got the app, put in my information and was given message that no account was found for either vehicle. Sent email to customer service for help, but no response to date.
I like the Zips facilities, but I’ve grown tired of how the business is running and inept people I have been in contact with…..Show lessJim Gansy
Zip car wash experience
Just always give the best customer service to me due to my lack of experience with mobile apps and their way of handling things. I always got to have him come out to help me get my wash smh lol😂Zips western
Garbage app
They make it so difficult to cancel things you have to have four different phone numbers three different apps just to cancel your service.
What happened to the gold all days where you can just go into the store and say I’d like to cancel my account and then you were able to do that this is absolutely absurd that they took that away from the people in the store made it inconvenient for everybody now we have to download another that probably steals data or shares data with the company or God knows who else. And if that fails like the app does where you can’t link your account you can’t change your account now you have to call customer service and they guilt trip you into trying to keep your service even though all you wanna do is cancel it, three days later, I’m trying to cancel my service!Show lessNot a Zip fan!
Free wash
Was offered but disappeared at the car wash and wasn’t able to use BUT because I’m an out of town we and my car was filthy from the ride I decided to pay… car was not clean and where I’m from the car wash offers drying towels … this one barely got the water off the car where it did get some and had to drip dry/ road dry the water off! The vacuums are good tho.Show lesspgwebb
Easy and fun make sense

Good app, horrible company
This company is vile. They lure you in with what seems like a great deal and then make it impossible to cancel as they charge you nearly $50 monthly for services I am almost positive I never received. Also be careful as the drive thru can damage your vehicle like happened to myself and my recently new vehicle.Show lessFixxYurFace
Couldn’t get a wash
I have a membership for a couple of cars. Pay for it every month, but the app required a tag for a new van I added: I asked for a tag their service man , he said I need a manager and the manager was NOT there(SO I JUST COULD’t get a prepayed wash!!!! They said they don’t care much about customers🤷🏻Plus on Patton Ave in Asheville NC they still have no sprays (they say it was stollen) for days!Show lessMaksKush
Worst App ever
The workers at this car wash praise and talk about get the app like it's the best thing since slice bread and when you buy a membership you can't and Zips IT department can't migrate your membership to your app. Even though you pay monthly you earn no rewards, your membership is not recognized even though you you plug in all the correct information about your vehicle and personal info. The app is not designed for members only people who just want to pre-pay for a car wash. That lets me know how under valued they consider their members.Show lessncbassplayer1
Really poor
I signed up a membership a few weeks ago and even after various emails I still cannot get the App to recognize my membership. Each time I go to the car wash I hold up the line while someone tries to make changes - so far all with no positive result.
