No ability to submit bug reports
The web portal does not allow any browser on macOS to change an account password, even meeting all criteria. I tried calling but couldn’t find my way through the machine answering service. Had to download the app just to change my password on the website. In lieu of that, here’s my bug report.RN7756

Easy Online Transfer
My bank sold my mortgage to these guys and I was able to make a payment without talking to anybody. Just download the app, fill out the requested info and bam your in. Payment made! Took less than 5 minutes.Tosha TR

Frustrating
The app is great to make monthly payments but even when it accepts my facial recognition I still have to put in my password AND even though my password is correct, it has made me change my password every time to get in! I’m running out of passwords!Daphne lh
