Fantastic!
I downloaded this app to make an original Valentine’s Day card. The range of styles and easy system to design it was fantastic! The quality of the print and the shipping time is top notch. The perfect answer 💕
I started using this service with postcards when I was sailing abroad. Communicating with those at home especially those not using the internet or smart phones was difficult, especially finding post offices, local rates and reliable services. So this was the ideal answer, so easy to use, convenient and totally efficient. Friends of ours were delighted to be regularly updated.
On returning home, I have continued to use it because again it saves a journey to a less than local post office, and has the added benefit of being able to send recent photos as well. And sending a card with recent photos is so much nicer than an email for special occasions, even when internet based commas are possible.

Perfect for busy families!
I use Postsnap to send personalized thank-you cards to friends and family. As a busy mom, I struggle finding time to write thank-you cards. This app is so easy to use. I can quickly upload a cute photo of the kids, add a note to the back, add a personal signature from the kids, then import the recipient’s address from my contact list. That it! Easy, simple, quick way to send a postcard
I have used the Postsnap app about 4 times now, and love how simple it is to find what I need. The app takes you through the process of creating a card, asking you to choose photos, add text, and I like having the address book feature. I also like the Prepay credit feature. I entered all addresses into my address book so I can quickly type up a message and insert an address, then send off my card without having to enter in my payment info. I have seen the finished products and they are really nice postcards with high-quality images. I am out of country for a few months right now, so the Postsnap service and app are invaluable to me as I want to keep in touch with my family but don’t want to deal with foreign postal services.Show lessSwindleee
Easy and great quality products
I have been using Postsnap now for a number of years. I love the app integration with iPhone. With your permission it allows you to upload your favourite photos and create wonderful momento’s! I’m particularly fond of the postcards. Being able to send them from anywhere in the world back home is a great way of really personalising your traditional cards home. Equally if there is cause for celebration a postcard to the recipient is always a fun and unusual touch! There are a range of creative styles and edging options for the front. For the back the app easily finds people from your contacts and stores them conveniently in an address book for later. Being able to change the colour, style and size of the font is great fun. Congratulations on your business
I am in Australia and I have used both the card and canvas and postage to the happy recipients of them all. And when you worried about the pixels on the canvas due to the poor quality of the photo you asked me prior to print whether I still wanted to proceed. And I did. And the 12 year old skate boy in the picture will love his Xmas present!

On the Road
We are travelling in our caravan at present for three months. I love that I don’t need to find a post office or a shop to buy postcards. Or try and remember to do these things whilst travelling.
We can be in very remote areas and as long as we have internet I can make a personal card for family. We have been very happy with the prompt service & quality. Postsnap makes life simpler.

Poor customer service
I placed an order for a postcard in the US. It never arrived. I complained to Postsnap after 10 business days had passed.
I spoke to Roberta, a member of their team. I explained that I would like them to send out another card as this was for a special occasion and the card never even arrived despite 13 business days passing. Keep in mind, I’m talking business days. In actual days, 20 days had passed. All I requested was that my card is resent (preferably with priority shipping). I did not request a refund. I was told priority shipping isn’t an option. So I just insisted that it gets sent ASAP. I don’t think that’s asking too much given that 20 days have passed.
Despite this, I received an email from Roberta (Postsnap customer service) with a screenshot of my card and informing me I should email them after 15 business days pass (although their FAQ considers 10 business days to be the threshold to request a refund or resent card). So for whatever reason, I’m subject to a 50% increase on their policy.
Regardless, now I have to ask the person for whom I got this as a gift (now ruined, clearly) if they checked the mail DAILY because Postsnap needs to know if the card has arrived.
There are so many such apps out there I don’t know how one can elect to have such poor customer service.Show lessDoctorSaab
