  • Amazing

I’ve been doing FL for four years now, for sometime it has been the only activity I was doing and for sometime it has been something next to my main boxing training, you do have the results, you have to put yourself in it and believe you can really do it, I’ve had a real good body last year and now i’m getting back in shape using a 10kg vest while I exercise, surely nutrition is the main thing, you can’t give a feedback about results to this app if you’re not eating properly, it doesn’t do any miracles, it’s just a cheaper way to get in shape and much more complete than a gym program madr by the biggest guy down at your gym, just download it, put yourself in it and eat properly and you’ll get the max out of it

  • The best fitness app!

I have tried several fitness/exercise apps, and this one is by far the best. It takes safety seriously: it adds warm-ups and cool-downs as part of the daily work-out, so that your body recovers and trains well, and it even gives you the chance to avoid certain areas if they are too sore, to avoid potential injuries. The work-outs are varied, and I can tell that the feedback I give the Coach is taken into consideration on my next work-out. They are hard, but my body has been transforming gradually into the strongest, fittest I’ve ever been. The best results aren’t physical, though, at least in my case: every time I step into the mat I feel calmer, happier, and with a stronger will. Worth a try. Oh, and get the coach!

  • I’ve lost 20 pounds of fat now 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I’ve been using this app for the past 6 months and I’m honestly happy to say that this is the best shape I’ve ever been in. I look in the mirror and I’m just happy with what I see. I’ve still got a ways to go but with this app along with eating clean this is the most progress I’ve made.

Now there’s a couple things. This app is for if you’re trying to get toned/lean. Don’t expect to become a body builder using this app. You will however notice yourself getting meaner, more athletic build, more vascular, etc. What I would do sometimes if I was looking to gain muscle would be to use this app in the morning then finish up with light weightlifting at the gym. But if you don’t care about losing muscle don’t worry about that.

The other big thing is how important diet is. I’ve been trying to lose weight for a long time, and it wasn’t until 6 months ago that i got consistent with eating clean and saw all the progress that I’m seeing now. But eating clean I mean I just ate stuff that was natural (chicken, rice, eggs, pasta, fruits, veggies). I still indulged every now and then, it was 80% healthy stuff, 20% whatever I wanted).

True permanent change doesn’t happen overnight. If you eat clean, use this app, and just be overall patient you’ll see results.

  • Good but not very fluent

I find the content good, but it’s annoying have you have to press on your iPhone every minute or so. No times, just reps also makes it a bit difficult to know how you are doing.

  • Love the simplicity.

Easy to use and satisfying to complete the work outs. Great for a working mum with very limited time, facility and gym access.

  • Terrible & inconsiderate service.

I have used this app ever since it was still free and I have mentioned it to friends and have liked it for years now. I bought the 3 month program at its full price on the 1st of april but haven’t had the chance to even start the program. Haven’t even pressed the ‘continue’ button at the start page. I then received an email at the 17th of may telling me that my subscription will expire on the 30th of June. Now, I was surprised cause I haven’t started the program and was never informed that it starts upon paying. If I had known, I could have started right away. I emailed them asking if I could have my subscription moved since I’ve never even used it and so I could have my money’s worth but they wouldn’t let me unless I had a medical certificate. I just feel like I’ve been scammed now because they won’t even consider. I think its only fair that I am to get what I paid for.

  • So far so good, minor tweaks

Thank you for such a great app, I’ve just started to use it and so far I’m enjoying it. A few things I’d love to see

    1. Fully independent watch app
    2. Integration with Apple Activities - this needs some work. For one, I would like a whole day’s training to just count as 1 workout, or at least have an option in the app to choose that for those that want it. I would also like to see general improvements with this. My workouts often say they are only 1-2 seconds, despite taking well over that time.
    3. Autocomplete on runs should stop the activity at the set distance, I’m not sure why it’s required that I click “complete” - especially if someone isn’t holding the phone in their hand, this leads to highly inaccurate times.

  • I want to 5* this so bad

But I can’t. My number one and only complaint is that I cannot run the app if the Freeletics can’t see the internet. Being deployed in a “austere” location I am often subjected to limited to no internet or cellular connection. Without those, the app freezes or won’t load. I have had internet drop in the middle of a timed workout only to have my progress lost or I am forced to restart the workout, which loses my progress. The mental struggle is already real, little things like this get huge quickly.

This app would get 5 star for the ease of use, the natural flow of the workouts from week to week, the highly customizable and hassle free setup from one week to the next.

Fix it so we can use this app 100% offline. You are losing money, I have at least 5 other soldiers who won’t buy this because of the connectivity issues.

  • Best for committed out of shape 59yo

I broke my ankle. Previously, I walked 4 miles a day and thought that was enough. Going through PT and my own research, I realized that to age well, I needed to up my game. I tried this app first because it sounded so great. But, it didn’t seem to offer the 5 minute workouts that the others did. So I tried all of those. Doing 14 moves for 30 sec just didn’t seem to be moving me toward any goal. So I tried some of the more serious apps. They seemed geared for folks that could already do the burpees and perfect pushups. So I reviewed Freeletics again. This is so great!!! Perfect for me. No frills. Good guidance. Building upon what my current capabilities are. Thanks y’all
