  • Nice product but shipping is a fraud

    Beware of shipping speeds. This company will post that it ships within 3-5 days. What they don’t tell you is that sure, it ships within 3-5 days, but it goes to a UPS facility where it is held hostage until they get enough merchandise at that ups facility to then ship it USPS- which takes an additional 2 days. For reference I placed my order on Feb 22- it’s now March 5th and my merchandise has been held hostage at a UPS facility now for 5 days. It had to go to three other UPS warehouses where it had to sit until they had enough merchandise to move it to the next UPS. I honestly thought I was crazy, because this is a horrible business model as it is incredibly deceptive to customers, but they confirmed it.... here’s their response to me. Mind you their solution was to “just wait longer”

    “Please know that we make sure that the package is shipped from our warehouse on the intended date. However, please understand that once it was received by UPS, like any other postal service, it won`t give you a final or exact date of arrival time to its destination.

    Mail piece needs to be first carried by UPS and later redirected to USPS for delivery. Only shipping volume reaches to a certain amount will mail pieces be sent to USPS facility. Before that, the item will need to just sit somewhere. This is the common reason for the delay in the packages.”

  • Awesome app, even better product!

    I absolutely love Adoreme. I’ve had the app for quite some time, but only recently made my first purchase. I received the set very quickly after it was shipped. The set looks fantastic and feels incredible. Even better, it fits perfectly! The measurement recommendations on the site convinced me to order a different size than usual. I’ve had issues finding the right size from other brands, so I was skeptical to change my usual size. Thank goodness I did, this is the best fitting bra I’ve ever had.

    I love the variety on the Adoreme store. There are so many options to choose from and they are always adding more! I never get bored perusing the app and adding to my wishlist! I can’t wait to order my next set!

  • Great app great quality

    Prices are in USD, shipping is fast the products are true to size and made well. I always order from them.
  • Don’t use if you live in Canada

    The bras were really good quality but some major gaps between sizes.
    Also living in Canada I’ve had to pay customs fees the last two times I ordered- first time over $50 and second time $20. After I’ve already spent quite a bit on the products (they are not cheap) I don’t want to pay again. I’ve cancelled my subscription.

    The best lingerie store ever! Regret buying from stores for so many year! Fit is perfect, service incredible , quality is amazing!!! Easy to use app great rewards system! I’m a big fab forever!
  • I love AdoreMe!

    I love that I can order bras (with matching underwear) that I know will be cute, comfortable, and not cost me an arm and a leg. I’ve purchased bras almost exclusively from AdoreMe for the last few years and they’re holding up really well. They don’t need to be replaced at all and I’m really impressed. I recently needed a strapless bra but I just didn’t have time to order one from AdoreMe so I purchased one from Target. It was horrible. It was uncomfortable, itchy, and was already fraying and I’d only had it a few days. I returned it immediately. I’ve only had to return one bra from AdoreMe in the last few years. It was disappointing- it was very uncomfortable and very itchy, not at all what I’d come to expect from AdoreMe. I did exchange this bra for a different bra, which fit much better and as comfortable as I’ve come to expect. The one thing that does bother me is the that I can’t process a return through the app, I have to use my computer to get to the desktop site. Since I have the app on my phone, I couldn’t use the web browser on my phone to use their desktop site. It’s a big inconvenience since I solely use the app (aka I didn’t remember my password and had to guess it on my laptop). I also requested the return label to be emailed to me twice and it never came through so I finally printed it when I got to work. But those are the only issues I’ve ever had with AdoreMe over the last few years. Definitely check out this app! It’s worth it!

    I don’t write many reviews for apps but I will for this one. I haven’t been disappointed with anything that I have purchased from Adore Me! Everything has been true to size, absolutely adorable, & my husband absolutely loves seeing everything that I buy even if it’s simple stuff (though you can’t seem to get that far everything is so cute!). I Like the fact that when we’ve fallen on hard moments that I have been able to skip several months & they haven’t punished me as a VIP member either, which is super awesome!! I recommend this to all my friends, cause I know they won’t be disappointed. Thanks Adore Me for that extra boost in excitement every month looking for the mail ;)

  • Sounds too good to be true

    I’ve had a ‘membership’ since the beginning, &i rarely order from the website. Things sell out so fast that by the time you get your order you better pray you get the size you need the first time (size charts on website are NOT completely accurate) or you will be waiting for them to come back in stock for god knows how long. Exchange vouchers are a joke when they're ALWAYS OUT OF MY SIZES &do not offer a preorder for what you want once it releases again or even a backlist order. Terrible phone service, i dont know how many times i was interrupted by customer service who wasn’t even trying to listen to me, she just kept saying ‘oh you can use the exchange voucher on anything’ while I’m trying to tell her i just want the product i ordered and that my sizes were no longer available on the website. She did absolutely nothing but tell me to keep checking the website for restock. Apparently this happens every 1st and 3rd week of the month so i guess ill just keep my fingers crossed..some membership..

  • Terrible Customer Service

    I ordered 2 different items from Adore Me and needed to return them as the sizes did not fit even though it was my size. I returned the items but when I received my refund it wasn’t even close to what I paid. I understand the restocking fee but it was less then what it should be minus the restocking fee. There was nothing about there being a fee for shipping so I’m not sure why there is such a difference. I then sent an email and it’s been close to a week and they haven’t responded. I don’t plan on ever purchasing from them again but I would suggest buying a larger size then what you think you are if you plan on buying from them.

    Update: it been over 2 weeks without a reply even with 2 follow up emails. Don’t use them unless you want to get refunded less then you’re owed!!!!

    Response to developer: I did use all of your means to contact your company. You didn’t even read what I had wrote. Once again very poor customer experience.
