  • Ugly but stable all

    This app is great for getting you quick info and transferring money from accounts. My only complaint is since on iOS 18 Apple removed old widgets from the widget view. Can you please make a new version of the widget? It was my favorite way to quickly check my balance without having to open the app. THANK YOU

  • New mobile deposit system terrible.

    I have been customer for decades, love the bank. However the new mobile check deposit system implemented in the last couple months is Horrible! Didn’t know if there was any updates to the app, or notify developers of problems. I had previously used the last version of mobile deposit for quite some time and had no issues. Others I know that use it also say they have a lot of difficulty with it. Was hoping maybe someone could fix the issues.

  • Horrible

    I hate to say this but it guys app is just so outdated. It’s literally the worst app I’ve ever seen from an actual bank or even business. You guys have money, you can at least spend some of it to help your clients with providing an app that’s easy to use and not so clunky. I’m literally 39 years old, I have a a degree in computer sciences with certifications in 5 major computer softwares. But even I still find your app to be horrid. I’m sure I’m wasting my time with writing this. But whoever you’re employing to run the website and/or app, are worthless. If it’s in house, you should fire them all.

  • Not happy with recent changes

    All of a sudden the options at the bottom of the interface changed and the ability to make a transfer is no longer available, they replaced it with “Order Checks”. What a crappy change, I don’t have checks and this is completely useless as I doubt most people use checks anymore. Word of advice, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

  • Behind the times

    I have had nothing but great experiences with FCCU. They’ve helped me with loans and financing and fraud protection, and paying bills and banking are easy. However, this app is not up to par. It lacks basic card controls, notifications are spotty, if they work at all. Specifically, as of late, the app is frequently down overnight. Granted, overnight is typically less staffed and kept up with, but it makes it very, very hard when you’re an overnight worker and can’t access the app at all.

  • Not a fan of the new update

    The new update is not nearly as user friendly as the previous version! Otherwise it works as it should. I just wish this one were easier for users, particularly the bill pay portion. I do all my bills through the bill pay and that was a real mess after the huge change over. Which seems to not have any real improvements for the end users, in my opinion. It just made bill pay more complicated is all.

    The new on-line payment program was a cluster……!
    Accounts that I hadn’t used in years were transferred to the new program but accounts that I sometimes use monthly were not transferred???
    Some of my monthly payments that I set up in December were not transferred over for January due dates ( Dillard’s, Macy’s) incurring late fees. The FCCU team did re-imburse me but very unfriendly.
    My car payment financed through FCCU was not transferred. Info received from FCCU stated I was responsible for transferring it over. Interesting that I have never been responsible for transferring that payment over at the end of the last four years I have been paying on the vehicle.
    Hoping you have all of the kinks just about worked out!!!!

  • Such Stress Relief

    Before making the switch to First community, i was with a big corporate bank and my finances were a mess, not to mention the mobile app was terrible. Ever since switching financial institutions i truly have peace of mind with my money.
  • New Bill Pay

    I don’t like the new bill pay software. I preferred the simpler old format, where you could easily see what bills you’ve paid and what was pending. Now it’s basically listed together and not as easy.
  • Keep history longer

    Love your app, only complaint is it would be helpful if you kept historical payment activity/ statements at least 2 years.

    And drop the nickname requirement to submit a review. Submitted numerous nicknames before one was accepted.
