Easy, Available, Convenient
This app provides easy access to my banking business including checking, savings and loans. It rarely has service interruptions and makes keeping up with balances and financial status convenient.

Great app
I love this app, but what I think would make it 5 stars would be a notification anytime a purchase is made. I would love it if when I bought something my phone dinged just to let me know that it went through

Great app. Easy to use. Been with First Community over 50 years. Great people and service.
Easy to use and a must for me as I do all of my functions and bill paying from here.

Too many “outage” messages
I loved it up until it gives you updates about the outages which seem to be very often, it’s just annoying now. Other than that very little complaints from me

How to make the app better
I have multiple accounts, with multiple financial institutions. If banks, and credit unions, would standardize their platforms to become compatible across the board, they could then compete with the “Cashapp” and similar apps. Or at least allow me to move money from one institution to another through a debit transaction. I sent this exact message to Regions, Scott Credit Union, Bank Of America, and WellsFargo
