  • Love the bank, hate the app.

    Just about every feature on this app is 1000x easier to do online. App crashes constantly and I can never 100% rely on it to be able to open to view my balance. Overall just an outdated and frustrating app to use.

    Literally can’t open the app without it crashing ever. The least stable app I own.
  • Best banking web site

    FCCU has the most user friendly interphase in the industry. I have five banks I deal with and FCCU is best in class. I’m surprised some of the multi- billion dollar web sites are second rate to a credit union but they areZ additionally the tech support is also best in class. Well done.
  • Great Credit Union - Ok App

    No major complaints, though we need to be able to nickname accounts within the app for easier access and clarity. If you have multiple accounts, it’s difficult to distinguish between them.
  • Why are banks soo behind on apps??

    Not sure where the blame lies here … devs/ management/ budget, etc but you guys are expanding fast and are popping up everywhere and yet, your app lacks the basics that the credit card companies have. Why does it take for an alert to come thru the next day when a purchase is made the same day? It should be instant just like credit cards send them out. A purchase is made. The alert should be sent out that same instant. I should be able to lock/unlock my card online or via the app if I loose it or its stolen. You guys do not offer that. I had 2 weird and random google app purchases go thru back to back and I was not able to block or mark them as fraud. And since it was a weekend I had to sit on a phone trying to get to talk to some people (you outsource your fraud dept) in order to lock my card. Tech wise you guys are behind. Maybe pay or hire a better team to upgrade your app before you open a gazillion more locations. Take a look at Discover or Citi apps and maybe copy that. Not that hard. You dont have to reinvent the wheel here.

    We feel very well taken care of by FCCU. Their fees are low all around and we never feel pressured to purchase credit lines. I had used a large bank franchise before switching and I always felt penalized for being their customer. I have never felt that with FCCU in fact I feel even more free now. I always suggest using a credit union to my friends and family encouraging them to consider FCCU.

    I really don’t have a particular time to speak about. I really just want to say how happy I’ve been with FCCU. I have been using your service for years and want to give everyone at LSL office 10 STARS and big Thank you for all you.
  • Notifications

    This app shows there are 2 new notifications all the time. They say they know about the issue and it will be fixed but it has been this way for a really long time and it’s such a nuisance.

    We’ve had First Community for over 3 years now & love them. We haven’t had any issues & the app has been wonderful. So convenient & has all that we need.
  • Notification alert and interact feed issues

    Gets basic transactions done. Have to jump through more hoops to make payments with external accounts. Annoying how how the app icon always displays a number alert. It always shows an alert number for Messages and in More > Interact. I go to messages and read the message, but it never clears the alert number. I tap on Interact and it opens a Feed page, spins for a while and the app crashes.
