Great app for mobile banking. I can check balances and deposit checks immediately

Secure and easy
Very easy to use. Completely safe especially since they have the finger ID option, so only you’re getting in! All information is accurate and up to date. I love this app!!

Incredibly convenient & a MUST HAVE APP!!
Would be 5 stars but there isn’t a way to transfer money from non-affiliated accounts which is why it’s 4 stars. That would be the only improvement. EITHER WAY THIS IS A MUST HAVE APP!!

Not working
Wen ii try and log in it say application error we’re unable to display your information at this time try again. Later it’s been doing this for a few days now please fix this issue

Can never sign in
The app worked well when I first got it, but for the past two weeks whenever I put my fingerprint in, it comes up with a different error each time, I even tried to check it today and it said it couldn’t display. Very disappointed that I can’t even check my accounts.

Love this CU!! Only Problem With App
It seems that FCCU thinks no one uses the app on Sunday morning as it rarely ever works at that time. I really wish they’d do maintenance in the middle of the night and not when people are likely to be awake.

One stop bank/credit union
I have been a member for 14 plus years and had 3-4 loans and numerous accounts. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Best App For Finances
Love my bank and love my app. It’s an easy platform. It’s efficient, on time & very rarely is it down. The app is just all around reliable for doing day to day on hand money management

Needs a little work
When I try to deposit my checks, I go to take a picture and it almost never works. It only shows up as a black screen and it's highly annoying. I can rarely deposit checks on the app and it's the main reason why I have the app in the first place.

Love it but...
I really do enjoy this app but I feel like they should edit it to were we can get the notifications on time. It’s kind of annoying to get them hours or days later.
