Very Average
Better than US Bank but it takes so long to process transfers and transactions from outside the bank, especially ones that are supposed to be instant it can sometimes take a whole day. Really makes my life way harder when I’m tryna to get gas while ubering or something like that.treybigs

I’ve tried all of my passwords and it says it’s incorrect when I know probably one them has to work but they don’t I called them and they called me and gave me a password and it did not work fix this problem pleaseXeno Razorr

ACH CLEARING
This institution has on more than one occasion cleared smaller transactions from an available balance rather than a larger transaction amount. Of course if the larger transaction was pending before the smaller transactions then it should clear first especially when the balance is sufficient enough but noooooo this ain’t that!!Show less❤️😘 coco122

I never had a problem with them understanding what I needed. They have always been very polite and helpful. I wouldn’t trade them for any credit union!
