Check deposit
You need your account number to make an online deposit but you can’t find it on the app. That means that you have to go find a bank statement that you’ve gotten and get the account number from there. It would be easier if you could find it on the ap.

Viewing my Checks don’t ever work. :(
The reason I only gave this app 3 stars is because the part where you are supposed to be able to view your Checks on this App has never worked. That’s the only disappointment I’ve had with this app.

Great for a banking app!
This app is very easy to navigate and use. Even contacting someone through the app is easy and things get solved quickly!

The app is great, but...
First Community Credit Union is the best!

Of course, if you’re looking at reviews for this app, you’re probably already a member at FCCU. If you aren’t, we’ll stop what you’re doing and open an account there! I don’t trust my money anywhere else!! I’ll never use a normal bank ever again, and as long I live in St. Louis, I’ll use First Community.

This is a really great app I can do just about all the services they provide for me in just a click of my finger! Very handy and convenient! However I really wish the notifications can be on time!!! The notifications are a day or two late when withdrawing and depositing funds which can be a little frustrating! If they were to fix this problem I would rate it 5 stars!

First Community Credit Union and this app are awesome! You can deposit checks through the app. You can check all vital information. Get it now!

Love it except for the check deposit:awkward! Then when I finally get it right the amount is too large for this deposit!!! Can we list the payee on utility payments in the monthly list of transactions? It is listed on automatic payments but not on those I make from the app.

The app is great. I am able to transfer money from one account to the other, pay my bills, and check my balances. I have never had an issue with using it. It is very user friendly.

Needs improvement
The features are limited. You can not access your account number in your setting. Which is helpful if you don’t want to use checks for online bill payments.
