A revolutionary option with a lot to improve
Been using this app through work for quite some time now. I love the idea and the concept behind rewarding for actual activities you do on a daily basis. The recent update changes made information harder to find and in divided places. More buggy as well. Tu app would need a little rework to simplify access to the information that’s important = your gains in a quick overview. Bring this back and this app deserve a 5 star.

Keeps making me log in
I used this app for a year without many problems for basic usage. For me, I use the GPS feature to track when I work out for receiving employer incentives. For the past month it makes me re-login nearly every day. A big hassle since I’m in a rush in the morning. Tried updating the app but didn’t help. They really need to fix that fundamental issue.

It’s a miracle when it works!
I work out at the gym a lot! 5 days a week minimum and to get HSA credit from my job all I have to do is hit 8 a month. You’d think that’d be super easy but getting the gps to work for my location to get credit for each visit means I spend all month praying to get credit for 8 workouts. It works less than 50% of the time and puts my money at risk.

Rewards the lazy person, punishes runners
This app is so biased and does an incredibly poor job at rewards those who are actually trying to get fit. If I run 7km (45min run) I get nothing!!! If I still in the pool and doing nothing for 30 minutes I get a dollar or if I walk in then straight out of a gym I still get paid.
This should track real activity and exercise not reward people for doing nothing.
If the developer think a 45 minute 7km run is not enough then they need to seriously rethink what there doing!

So many bugs
The app has so many bugs. Every time I open the app, I have to then close and launch again for it to work. Now I’m having an issue with the benefits not allowing me to log my time in the gym because it’s frozen with a message saying “Connecting to IncentFit” and it’s been frozen like this for over a day. I’ve tried logging out, closing the app and even restarting my phone and it’s still hasn’t changed.

Inconsistent
Many glitches with this app. I’ll add an activity using my current location. The time starts ticking and then stops working after several minutes. Meaning I don’t get credit because it will show that I was there for less than 30 minutes. If I try to restart it says try again later. Later is too late.
Now with the most recent update it won’t track my location at all. The option to turn on location in settings no longer exists.

Inconsistent Performance
Our company uses this app to track attendance at participating gyms (used for reimbursement of fees) but too often it doesn’t work correctly. Today is a good example. I just updated the app and it doesn’t work. The app is supposed to use my location but today claimed I had no connection. I have been able to get email and listen to a podcast while working out. I even went on the WIFI of the gym and that didn’t work either.
There’s a reason many f my coworkers use hard copy print outs of their attendance because the app is so poor.

Crashes and Problems
The app freezes the first time I start it each day. To get it to work I have to open it, kill it, then open it a second time.
I just had to uninstall the app based on a problem registering a workout yesterday. It didn’t count a workout as usual, but when I opened it today it went into a loop where it said I had been working out for 3 hours, congratulating me, playing the workout complete sound, and repeating over and over.
Restarting my phone didn’t remove this error.

Clunky, rarely works on the first try.
The only reason I use this app is because my my employer hosts the program that gives me money back for working out.
That being said, if I could give this app 0 Stars I would. I have to close and re-opwn every time I open the app, and it takes forever to load. Not only that, the app REQUIRES you give it full location access 100% of the time, not just while using the app. I guaranteed they're using that data for something nefarious.

Broken experience all around
Using this app is such a broken experience. My phone is up to date and so is the app and syncing never works. Pretty pointless to offer auto-syncing when users have to enter it in manually every time. I’m using this for a work fitness challenge and was excited about auto syncing since it allows my coworkers to see live updates on my progress and I shouldn’t have to waste time doing it myself, especially when that seems to be a huge selling point for this app.
