  • Love PocketSuite so far!

    I was previously using Square for booking, however, it was not as user-friendly and I was constantly struggling to use it. Mind you, I'm pretty tech-savvy, so that's saying something about the UX. One of my coworkers recommended I switch to PocketSuite, and I'm beyond happy I did! There are so many great features, and it's a super easy-to-use platform. Also, any time I had questions, the customer service / support team was so friendly and quick to respond. I really felt like I got the support I needed quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate that they offer calls with the team and office hours, which really shows me their commitment to providing the best possible experience to their users. 10/10 highly recommend!

  • Love PocketSuite

    I switched from Acuity to PocketSuite and I love it.
    This is an all in one app. They also have a desktop feature for those of us who like to do things on the desktop. Anytime I’ve had any issues or needed guidance they were very quick to respond, and I love that they have so many tutorials to help me along the way. it is easy to use the PocketSuite video. Conferencing link is fantastic. Even though you can’t do any kind of recordings or share screen with the browser conferencing link it’s still better than having to pay for Zoom. in addition, you can also pay a one time fee of $25 for them to register a local business phone number for you which helps you establish a more professional presence. I do not have to pay for an additional monthly payment for that business phone number and I can call my client and text them through the app. It’s phenomenal.

    We launched our videoconferencing feature during Covid to ensure that Pros like you still had the opportunity to stay connected with clients and deliver virtual sessions and didn't want to add any additional fees for that feature. So glad that it is a difference maker for you and your business!
  • Be Careful with Processing Paymwnts

    These guys are holding a payment from one person because I won’t give them the contract details of someone else who is not related to the other person at all. They are withholding two different peoples payments from me right now and it’s totaling around $7000. I do not have chargebacks I do not have people that ask for refunds, I’ve been in business for 9 years and they’re telling me that I must show them this lady’s contract in order to get the man’s money. I don’t want to say any names. But that is illegal and I’m fed up with this company just making up rules.

    Another problem I have had with them since day one is their scheduling!

    The widget that you put on your website does not connect to your actual calendar and it will get messed up for you. Do not use their scheduling calendar

    One of our top goals is to protect our Pros and the platform from client disputes/chargebacks. Our AI-driven algorithms have done a magnificent job. Typically, Pros who are looking to secure their income and protect it from high chargeback/dispute risks are quite grateful for this added level of protection. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Worse Customer Service!!!

    If you have a problem don’t expect them to help you when you need it. They don’t have a number to call, only way to contact them is by chat message & then they set up a call to speak with you in 1-2 business days. If you want access to someone to help you when you need it, you have to pay $400 a year for their “white glove program”, unbelievable. They are unprofessional as well. I had a scheduled call at 12pm for help I needed with my account, rep called me at 11am and because of their mistake I didn’t get to speak with anyone that day. The next day I messaged that I still need help & it was their error for calling me at the wrong time, they said they will call me the next day. I got upset & I said I couldn’t believe I have to wait another business day (2 business days) to get help when it was their error. They responded & told me they will can me that same day since it’s was their mistake. I waited all day, no call. I get a text message at 5:18pm saying they were not able to call me and will set up an appointment the next business day, so now it’s 3 business days. Absolute worse customer service. Don’t use this app if you want help with problems in a reasonable time, or if you want to be taken seriously as a business owner and want your time to be valued. Absolute worse, unprofessional business.

Then left word in the support thread for you to reach out when available so that she could initiate a call back.   • This is it for me!

    I’m a PMU artist and for those of you who know what a pain scheduling and consent form signings can be, pocket suite has made it such a breeze for me! There’s literally nothing this app doesn’t have.
    From scheduling to the payment methods. I LOVE that I didn’t have to buy another processing hardware device! Now my clients can just tap their card on my phone 🤯
    I love that my clients can sign their consent forms as soon as they get their confirmations through text. I love that it gave me a personal business number that my clients can now save as my work number so I don’t have to use my personal. I love that you can run text campaigns on your own terms for a very affordable price! And I love that their team is so helpful and open to only make this app better!
    I simply cannot say enough great things about it!
    So far too good to be true!

  • PocketSuite for Massage Therapists

    Being a massage therapist and starting my own business has been quite a journey. Through a series of fortuitous events, I came across PocketSuite. Many services and support systems I've researched have over promised and under delivered. The support I've received within the first week of trying THIS service has been wonderful. I JUST participated in a welcome/onboarding call where my trainers Clai and Camila and Chat Buddy Rocco C. were SOOO very attentive, professional and helpful. Can't begin to tell you how many onboarding calls left me confused and uncertain about next steps. Not only was this NOT my experience with PocketSuite, but the trainers will be finding out answers to my specific questions. Truly a great display of integrity on their part by fact checking their answers to give me the most accurate information. Very excited to see what the future looks like with PocketSuite.

  • Fantastic for my small business!

    I found PocketSuite after I had tried 10 other software options available. Every other option had some of what I wanted but there was always something missing or they charged an enormous amount after the trial period. This software provides me with booking, billing, health records, reminder texts to clients and excellent customer service! I’ve not had many issues and when I did, they were resolved promptly. I customized my menus the way I wanted. I can make custom gift certificates for clients to buy online and I could put my products online as well. This is my 2nd year using PocketSuite and I have never looked back at any of the other software options that were specifically made for my profession as a massage therapist!

  • PERSONALIZED SERVICE FROM A HUMAN!!

    Pocket Suite provides top tier tools and the education to effectively grow a small business. They have literally been in my pocket answering all of my questions and walking me through every step. Personalized service from an actually human is always available via chat. They usually respond within a few minutes, but always within a few hours. With that kind of response time, nothing slows me down. I can communicate with clients easily, send ready made forms and contracts, take payments, make payments… the list goes on and on. This app made it possible for me to start making money within hours instead of weeks or months. I highly recommend this. It is actually pretty priceless. I am lucky to have been introduced to this service. Keep up the outstanding work PocketSuite! You are appreciated!

  • Great app, excellent onboarding, slow support

    I just starting using Pocket Suite. The features are great for managing clients and employees. I really liked the onboarding process. Pocket Suite takes a proactive approach, offering set up support and office hours for extra help. They seem genuinely eager to help you succeed. Many of my questions were answered while I was getting ready to migrate from another scheduling app through the onboarding process. By the time I was ready to switch I felt prepared. The downside has been support. Importing client data took two emails and 5 business days to get data imported. That delayed implementation. After setting up Pocket Suite on my website (great instructions from Pocket Suite for doing this), testing and going live, some clients were unable to schedule through the website. I contacted Pocket Suite and sent supporting documentation showing the problem. I’m confident that the problem will be resolved, the delay is concerning. Overall the app is excellent and I recommend it. With the recommendation I’d suggest patience when trying to resolve problems.

    UPDATE: Pocket suite did not solve the website scheduling problem. The issue went on for 15 days. During that time clients had difficulty scheduling online. The last contact I had with their help desk was 5 days ago. Looking into solutions on my own, I found a workaround. The app itself is great, but getting technical help was disappointing.
