  • Love the perks

    I love the perks of having subscription and package options as well as a few other things like retail items and online forms/contracts. My only hang up is there is a lot to know and learn and little tweaks that don't often make sense (like lapses in subscription services that are auto billed). It's not very user friendly, very complicated but also very customizable. I wish there was an option to track expenses outside of just retail. Also my clients often have complications when booking such as not being able to remove an item previously selected or duplicate appt requests being sent for the same service and time slot.

  • This app has made running my business so much easier!

    If you take clients this is the app for you! They have covered all the bases. From securing appointments with a credit card, giving the client an option to add a tip, automatic text reminders, being able to charge their card on the way out, being able to send them a contract to sign prior to the appointment, and the list goes on! One of the biggest things for me was being able to sync my calendar with my personal calendar! Before it would take me an hour to merge all my appointments for the week now it’s quick and smooth. This app makes my life much easier while trying to run a business. It is simple, efficient and professional.

  • Great App and Customer Service

    I just want to say Pocket Suite has made it possible for the Disabled American Veterans Organization to continue providing Veteran services during this COVID pandemic. Our Veterans are able to connect with Service Officers throughout California and have given us praise for the services available by using the PocketSuite application online. I personally want to thank Linda for the great customer service and for taking time by going out of her way to provide excellent technical support. I have been using this app since 2017 and will encourage anyone to use it if they are running a small business. Customers are able to communicate directly with your staff members making it easier to provide services needed. Great product. Thanks again PocketSuite for helping me and our Veterans out. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  • Fantastic App!

    This has got to be by far the best app out there across the board! i run a small cleaning business with employees and most platforms that i would have to use would cost hundreds of dollars a month but pocketsuite does far more at a VERY affordable price! They have tons of useful features that automates my business in every aspect. If you are starting a business, even on your own, you must try this app. You will not be disappointed! A few of my favorite features is being able to put a customers credit card on file and charge it automatically on the day of the clean, you can also add tips and the customer can download the pocketsuite app and update the information on their own. Automatic appointment reminders, online booking at no extra charge, the lowest credit card processing fees out there, separate business number, employee scheduling, and so much more!

  • Don’t download this if you don’t have any intention of actually using it.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried this app and it wasn’t what I wanted it for. So I never used it. Don’t even remember subscribing to any of the plans. But after the free trial my card was charged which was fine at the time. I understand trial periods end. But my card was charged without my knowledge. So I messaged the app telling them I was not using it and I would like my money refunded. They told me 7-10 business days. So I waited for the time they gave me with nothing. Messaged them again and they told me another 3-5 business days. I waited 10 DAYS after that to message them again. Give a chance for delays. And still NOTHING. I do not recommend even downloading this app if you don’t have any intention of using it. Because getting a refund is absolutely out of the question at this point. I’m hoping the $20 they charged my card helps pay for improvements on the app. Because in my mind... this app is a joke.

  • Great all in one app

    Love this app. It keeps my small business very organized and easier to run. I use PS mostly for invoicing and taking payments but plan to use all the other features on the paid subscription soon. Love the business phone number you get with the paid plan also. Highly recommend for any service based business. The one issue I have is when I want to instantly transfer my balance to my bank account and I have to wait for it to get reviewed before I can. But most of the time if I send a message to support they’ll speed up the review process for me and becomes available within few hours. Also I wish they had a desktop version with some more features and made the estimate feature a little better. Besides that I am very happy with PocketSuite

  • Constant issues

    My coworkers and I use this app to schedule spa clients and book memberships. We are constantly having issues with the app. We are always having to monitor the app and how it stores and tracks packages/memberships. We have to be on top of the app all the time which is completely counterproductive to what we are using this app for. The app is supposed to do the work for us - we shouldn’t have to babysit it. Sometimes the app doesn’t open (yes we have deleted the app, reinstalled, signed in and out) causing serious issues when we have to check guests out. Client group texting has failed us many times. Customer support is EXTREMELY slow to respond and when they do they are little help to us. Honestly, this app gives us such a headache and because we have so many issues with it, it’s taking up a lot of our time as we try to figure out the puzzle that is Pocketsh**. After over a year of issues upon issues, we’ve finally had it and are looking into a more reliable booking app.

  • Truly Improved Customer Service and Work Flow

    We have been using pocketsuite for 3 years now. It has made life much easier for our field service. Our customers love it. The developers constantly update the app with features that enhance how we do business and (with he automation) is almost like having an additional staff person for customer communication, collecting payments, and coordinating team. The app is simple enough for a non-techie to be able to quickly do all the basics for customer intake, quotes, scheduling, messaging, payment collection, etc. At the same time, there are many premium features for a person interested in advanced options. For the most part, we run our business from our iPhones at this point...as a result of this app.

  • Game changer!

    Having a pet sitting business means I am always on the go and don’t get a lot of time to sit in front of a computer at a desk to take care of admin tasks and scheduling. When I learned about PocketSuite two years ago I was using a software that was desktop computer dependent and had no mobile companion for on the go tasks. Thanks to PocketSuite my business has continued to grow and I have been able to easily keep up with my existing clients and new leads, as well as staff and track all the jobs that are coming in daily. My pet biz grew by more than 50% in the past year and PocketSuite has been my “office in a pocket”! The support team is always there to help when I have a question or find a bug. They fix issues quickly and they listen to user feedback and implement updates to include improvements that we suggest. They are awesome!!! Highly recommend to anyone with a service-oriented business!!!
