I’ve been using PocketSuite for 4 years now. It first started when I just wanted an app to accept cards payments. That transitioned to a need quickly as checks and cash are a thing of the past. My business operates through PocketSuite completely. I am able to keep track of my client list, pricing, pending invoices and honestly best of all are the data exports. Especially this time of year, it is a great tool to be able to send a client an excel sheet itemizing their purchases from the past year at the touch of a button. Their fees for card usage are very reasonable. 5 starts all the way. Thank you PocketSuite and looking forward to working with you for many years to come.Show lessJwiggie08

I loved pocket suite for a while! Until I got my first charge back of which things went south quickly. I only received an email rather than a notification in the app when it happened. It was a misunderstanding from a customer. They disputed a $1060 charge because they though they were charged twice. Pocket suite then proceeded to hold one $530 payment from one invoice from a completely separate customer and another $530 from a second invoice from ANOTHER SEPARATE customer. Then long behold I look at my bank account and they also took ANOTHER $530 from bank account. Customer support has terrible response times and NO PHONE SUPPORT. If you’re handling peoples money you should know phone support is required!!! Anyways I’ve been messaging support telling them they are holding more then the actually dispute. And I’ve told them over and over again that the customer cancelled the dispute. Long story short. If I don’t receive my $1590 available for payout today they will be hearing from my lawyer.Show lessjaydo****

Excellent app! Its like combining all of the essential business apps (crm, jotform, linktree, sales, invoicing, etc,) into one ! exactly what i've been looking for!! of course there is always room for improvement 1) i just need a way to permanently delete canceled or expired appointments, invoices, forms etc ! 2) remove the "powered by pocket suite" tag from all the headers, it's covering my logo 3) instead of "tasks" have "client projects" or "client jobs" and then have tasks for each project or job ** make it flow kind of like the "notes"page 4) ability to add voice notes as a question type to a form 5) ability to share project/task status with client 6) ability for client to book or purchase a service/product that doesn't include a date/time/location/appointment (services, goods, and appointments should all be separate)Show lesstwhsnsn
Best Customer Service!
I have been using Pocket Suite “Profitable Pilates Edition” for a little over one month. It was a bit of a learning curve for me (I had little experience with an “all-in-one” platform) and I must say, the Pocket Suite staff has helped me tremendously. I have used their messaging portal as well as live phone calls for their assistance and they have been over the top helpful as I navigate my way through this new system :) They have thought of it all. It really is “all-in-one”! This app has so many unique options to offer businesses. They are open to hearing requests and have even made in app changes to make my usability seamless. I would highly recommend Pocket Suite. I had been paying 1/2 the price for a competitors service and was hesitant on switching, but the bells and whistles and customer service that comes with Pocket Suite is well worth the price :)Show lessCLK-POB
Love this app
As a travel massage therapist I needed something to help me be more organized. As I got busier I needed help with booking appointments and collecting payments. I received this app invite as a promotional offer through my insurance, Little did I know how much I needed this app. it’s safe secure and customer service is absolutely amazing. they make sure payments are accurate and assure that no fraudulent charges are made. My clients can book their appointments in the comfort of their home, on the go and if any changes are needed to be made they are able to login and do so. I love the reminder feature and how they securely save credit card information on the clients file for future payments. anytime I need customer service help they are with me within minutes. I love this app! It’s literally everything that you need to run a successful business. I had trouble with payment methods that my client was able to see my las digit of debit card but it was my fault I explained to the team and in less than 24 hours my issues got addressed. Anything you need and any questions they will answer right away. They even make a video for you to explain you details on how to understand the app, they have tutorials , and they do zoom meeting to guide you tru all steps so you can use the app at its best potential. Camila Oliveira its one of their team members and she is excellent at what she does. She goes out and beyond for you and has a lot of patience. 100% customer service skills. As a consultant, there are a lot of moving pieces for my business…contracts, invoices, collecting payments, scheduling meetings…the list could go on. I was using QuickBooks before, but it really only helped with invoicing, so I found myself with too many tools and docs to keep things organized. Now with PocketSuite, it let’s me manage everything all in one place, easily from my phone. Plus, the team is fantastic - whenever I have a question, they quickly respond to keep things moving on my end. They’re constantly adding new updates and features which have been really helpful too. I just want to thank you for looking out. You guys are always doing that for me every since I started way back when you guys just started pocket suite so I want to thank you for that and when Covid first hit a lot of us was lost, our businesses slowing down and a lot of us owners were left in a desperate spot. With our families looking at us for answers there was only a couple people I know that messaged me and POCKETSUITE being number 1 asking how they could be there for me and my family to help us get passed this and the rough times. I am very grateful for them a lot of companies grow and forget about who got them where they are and POCKETSUITE is the very same as when I started with them years ago when they was just a small company. One stop shop for all my business needs. I’ve only been using PocketSuite for a few days and I must say it’s pretty awesome so far! PocketSuite offers a flat 2.9% + $0.30 rate for payment processing which is lower than what Square or PayPal is offering. I just used the PocketSuite card reader for the first time today and it’s awesome! Only issue I have is once clients purchase a package or subscription, they cannot book a time on my calendar immediately after. They have to wait until the payment is processed which could take up to an hour. This is unacceptable for me as a business owner, and I’m pretty sure the clients feel the same way. I brought it to the admin team’s attention and they are working on a solution and revamping things in their new online booking release coming in the end of September. Highly recommend PocketSuite to anyone starting a business and/or those looking to change to a better way of doing business!Show lessGymrat.nuff_said
Life saver!
I have used PocketSuite for five years now signing up as a referral when they first started. I’ve been extremely pleased with the app and especially with the customer service that I receive. The app makes my scheduling and keeping track of appointments so easy and I can use the app for my reports at the end of the year for tax information. Their customer service is fantastic. I’ve just recently signed up for the pro package so that I can streamline my business and I’m so glad I did. They walked me (patiently) through each step so that I understand all that is offered and how to use it to improve my own customer service.
