Very attractive interface that is easy to navigate. All the right functions for mobile banking are built in and they're impressively smooth.
No more need to go to branch office
I especially love the ease of the mobile deposit. So I donβt need to go into the branch office anymore to deposit checks. I can deposit checks from my home.
Mortgage Friendly
I used DFCU to help me get a mortgage. I can make that payment, my car and credit card loan on line. I like that I can pay down the balance of those loans anytime and see the payment history.
Excellent Customer Service
We are always impressed with the care and attention we receive every time we visit our branch. We also get the same service whenever we call in for over the phone banking.
Great banking app
Iβve been using this for years and even have my car payment through them so it itβs easy to make my car payment and all of my pinky eat!

I love Deseret Credit Union and I love the mobile app.I live out of state so it makes it possible for me to have this account and still put deposits in. also Iβd like to add that every person that I have ever talked to at Deseret Credit Union have been helpful,friendly,and very professionaI. Mobile deposit
I love the mobile deposits feature. To be honest Iβm not sure how to work all the features available, but I know I can contact them and they will be willing to show me the ropes.
Good but not great.
There needs to be a better way to search your recent transactions. Currently, you can be scrolling for several minutes until you find what your looking for. Only to click on it and realize itβs not it and your sent back to the top/first transaction. Please fix.
Useful
I love this app and itβs extremely convenient. The only problem is that itβs not completely user friendly and itβs only really convenient for transfers and viewing you balance. Other than that, you have to use the online version for most other useful features.
Lacking thumbprint login access
Unless Iβm mistaken; this app has no fingerprint login access. Iβve sent several emails asking if this was possible within the app, if maybe I just donβt have it enabled or something, but I never heard back from any emails.
