  • Coupons never work

    This is the second time I’ve tried to use the TMobile Tuesday coupon. A few months ago when it was offered it never loaded in the app. I checked before going this time to make sure it was actually in the app. The cashier scanned it and it didn’t work, called her manager and lied saying the coupon didn’t have an expiration time when it clearly says it expired 11:59pm et on 8/30. The store closes at 8pm which is way before the expiration and yet the cashier decided not to honor the coupon. Why would I waste my time shopping somewhere that doesn’t honor their own coupons.

  • Bad customer experience

    Mall stand opens at 11:00, does not usually have any pretzels until 11:30. They don’t have my fave pizza bites until about 12:00…. They are worth waiting for. Tried to use redeemed coupon for free bites at 12:34 was told not ready had to wait another 20 min. Coupon then expired and when I complained that I have been waiting since 11:30 for some to be made she said well they have been busy but they are done now but I don’t like your attitude so I refuse to serve you and told me to leave. Wow!! Whatever happened to customer service!

  • Great Experience

    I recently visited the Auntie Anne’s location at Mid Rivers Mall. The staff here were very polite and helpful when taking my order. The food was hot and fresh and it was given to me in a timely manner. The store was in great condition, I can tell the manager of the store keeps it very clean and organized. I would highly recommend going to this location for pretzels!

  • Coupon only available 4 minutes

    My Internet not really working, so i just do screen when i leaving home. And Then i arrive at cape cod mall, it take me 40 minutes . The lady said she needs time to make news,like 7 minutes. I said okay. And i wait about 15 minutes. When i saw she made and she didn't take off the groves to take money.
    When i make payment. She said the coupon can't use bcz only available for 4 minutes to use! She said she is manger and can't help me with it. OKAY! It's fine.
    It's never happened before. This is my first Time be cape cod mall Annie and last time

  • Unsatisfied with the quality

    I’m a fan of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels at First Colony Mall. Today I came to redeem my points for Almond Nuggets. They gave me this cup of cold and burnt pretzels, it must be sitting there for a while. I asked them if they could make a fresh ones for me, the girl said “No, we’re not going to make new one”. Then she grabbed the other cup of almond pretzels and handed it to me.
    I didn’t want to argue with her, I took it and tried some. To my disappointment, it was hard, cold and almost no almond bits on it!
    Huh…. This young girl should know about
    “Customer Satisfaction comes first”.

  • Needs to be fixed

    I used to order through the app all the time but now all of a sudden I’ve noticed at least the last couple of months anytime I try to place an order or use one of my rewards I put apply reward or checkout and it just says error validating basket I sent in a complaint through the app for customer service and they said if I have any more issues to call them but really how is calling them going to help fix my issue it’s an app problem..

    Manager is very short and rude. When I asked what her name was I was told that she couldn’t tell me because of HIPAA. First time I have ever heard this other than in an healthcare facility. Also….will only let your redeem 1 reward every 4 hours. If you earn rewards…you should be able to use them whenever you would like. One gentleman that worked there was very kind and nice, but others were rude and nasty.

  • Disappointed

    It's bad enough you got rid of my favorite pretzel glazin raisin and the regular pretzel dog. I started eating the cinnamon sugar. Hardly any cinnamon sugar is on the pretzel these days. They don't taste as fresh. The mini pretzel dogs aren't bad but now it's too much for me to eat. And what's with the girls not asking if you want a small or large If you don't mention it, let's assume they want a large. 😡 The only thing I care to get these days is the lemonade. Very disappointed.

  • Upset with promotion and service!

    We drove 30 minutes plus traffic to take part in the free pretzel promotion for members. After waiting the line for a total of 25 minutes we were told they were out of the free pretzels. We all thought they were making more so we would wait some more. However when it was finally our turn, there were literally 4 cups of pretzel bites left and 2 pepperoni pretzels. I asked for the pretzel bites to count for my free pretzel, but the cashier said she couldn’t do that. I handed my card to pay and said it was too bad since we drove and waited over an hour in total time, and she unnecessarily and rudely replied that “they didn’t have to stay open past 8 but they did”. My kids were shocked, I was shocked, we all couldn’t believe it. I paid for the pretzels and when we got to the bottom of the cup they were all burned. Horrible experience all around!

    What a wonderful friendly caring person you have in the gentleman that runs this location. He knows his local customers and goes out his way to make sure I always get fresh dinner if I am having my favorite Nathan’s pretzel dog and my large awesome lemonade!
    He is a valuable asset for your company.
