Great app and customer service
This app has all sorts of workout programs for cycling, rowing, or even just bodyweight or weights training. If I don’t feel like doing a class, I just get on my bike and the app keeps track of my workout, including my time, speed, calories etc. I had a minor issue connecting my bike to the app recently and the customer service team was so quick to send me a few solutions to try to fix the issue. They even checked on me two days later when I didn’t respond to make sure my issue was resolved!Show lessMissa kissa
MyCloud Fitness Scale
My scale arrived today and I couldn’t be more excited to continue this weight loss journey. I loved how honest the scale was, it said “overweight” my goal is to see that baby say “good weight” or whatever it will say ☺️ thanks again!!!JMD5207
Bit glitchy so far
Only 4 days in using the app with my rower and LOVE the concept. However, with the 4 workouts i e done, the video stalled multiple times. Today when the video came back, the stat recording had stalled too so missed a couple minutes of stats. Frustrating.yzerwoman

I really like this bike. It’s a great bike for the price and the customer service has been great. I had issues with connecting my bike to the app and the customer service team was very responsive and sent me a new part. It was an easy fix and now it’s working perfectly. Highly recommend!C-ROM
Never synched w/ rower or scale
While the work out options are great through the app, my tower and the scale I received as a gift gave never synched with the app. I tried all of the trouble shooting suggestions and still nothing.KelMaya

A Good App
I use this app (free) on a daily basis with my rower. I like this App because not only does it show me where I am in my workout but it also collects and shares my workout information with my Apple Health App.
Recently I had a problem connecting to my rower and as it turned out nothing was really wrong except I had timed out. However, being impatient I quickly contacted the customer service department and I was very surprised with how responsive the customer service department was.

Trash just like the bike
Had enough problems with the bike connecting and staying connected during ride but the latest update makes everything unusable. Trying to start a timed ride it just pinwheels, trying to pull up any data from previous workouts and it just pinwheels. Trash. Rower not connecting
My rower has been idle for a few months and now the app doesn’t work. Didn’t even recognize me. Had to delete the app and start over. It still is not connect to blue tooth. What a waste of time. It always took time before and was fussy but now it doesn’t work at all.joanie 28

We just recently acquired a rowing machine that connects to the app. I enjoy being able to pick a trainer and stick with them to focus on my goal. My husband and I are looking forward to our results using the app. I am hoping they come out with a family plan sometime soon.Mad9550
