App keeps stalling
I used to love this app but now none of the videos will play, nor does it sync to my rowing machine. Not sure what happened with the last upgrade, but I don’t recommend this app anymore.Yulie LaFleur
Works great with Fitness Reality Rowing Machine
I downloaded this app to track my workouts on a Fitness Reality Rowing Machine. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Connects via Bluetooth with rower and tracks workouts exactly. Easy to then save data and review daily progress. Customer support is great as well. Initially I had problem with Bluetooth connection. Emailed customer support and received detailed instructions within less than 24 hours. All worked great and they even , without prompting, followed up to be sure my problem was resolved.Show lessPoppaT2021
Support for the journey
I’ve been enjoying tracking my fitness journey using MyCloudFitness. It’s just simple enough to use that I can’t use it as an excuse to procrastinate. And, with the ability to retain workout stats, there’s no kidding myself about the effort or results. Recently, I had a minor technical issue and the feedback submitted was promptly and effectively addressed, easily resolving the concern. Horrible App
I have been on/off of using this app due to bad syncing. I use it in conjunction with one of their bikes, but I end up deleting and reinstalling this app almost every time due to it not syncing with the bike every work out. Fantastic Customer service
I bought my rower last year and have loved using it. I love that it’s versatile to not only row but also do arm workouts with. Last week I couldn’t connect through the app. I sent an email to the company and they immediately wrote back instructions on how to reconnect. A few days later they checked in to make sure that I was connected and things were going well. Totally impressed with the level of service.Show less$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
App doesn’t work
I really enjoy these rower workouts with fitness reality rower when the app works which is about 10 percent of the time. Very expensive app for unpredictable service. Very disappointing.dkjdoesokdkd

Somehow over the course of 15 minutes this app loses 10 seconds compared to my Apple Watch using the stationary tracker. What does this app use to time because it doesn’t appear to be reality.irritatedbytheneedforanick

The app keep freezing when I try to sign up for my account. I deleted the app and downloaded it again; same thing happened. What gives???R. Vann
Basic Tracking Gone?
Wait, since I updated it seems like the “basic” option for free workout tracking is gone. Am I missing something?sonicqt2

I entered that I have a bike and The app recognizes and pairs with my bike but when I go to “tracking” it shows I have a rower. I can’t figure out how to change this. I do like the pedal exerciser but I bought it because of the app. Arrived missing nuts to hold pedals in place. Probably sending this backShow lessrninok
