  • Can’t connect anymore

    I use to be able to connect my tower but now it just can’t connect…. Basic stuff. This is the most important thing you should be able to do with this app and the tower I bought.

  • Incredible Customer Service

    When the console on my fitness bike did not work consistently, the app customer service team responded quickly and kindly with various solutions. They followed up to check in and ultimately, at their suggestion, sent a replacement. I wish every company I dealt with was as responsive.
  • Great Customer Support!

    The console on my Fitness Reality rower had stopped connecting to the App on my iPad.

    I contacted myCoudFitness support for guidance and they quickly responded with various solutions, one of which resolved the issue right away!
  • Tech support is non existent for me

    The app no longer connects to my rowing machine since I got a new phone. Been rowing with the app for over a year now, not sure why it won’t connect anymore, but almost makes my rowing machine junk since I can’t keep track of workouts. The main reason is I have a low rating is because of bad support on this app.

  • Worthless

    When I connect to the app it kicks me out after about three seconds. Already deleted and reloaded the app because the first time I could not use it do to only giving me a loading signal.

    My rower wasn’t connecting right away. Customer service got back to me right away and continued communicating with me until all my questions were answered. Quick responses are a breath of fresh air these days!
  • Useless App

    Doesn’t work when you need it. I’ve worked out twice in a row on my bike and this app wont work/connect with my bike. Can’t recommend this product/ bike to anyone. My bike is more like a brick now.

    Cant connect my bike & it wont even let me send an email to say I cant connect my bike 🙄

  • Works Well But Needs 3rd Party Integration

    I recently bought a men’s and women’s health fitness bike. Love the bike. I can track cadence and wattages from the myCloudFitness fitness app.
    However, would love to have integration into Strava or Garmin connect to be able to track all my activity in one place.
    Would love to at least be able to manually export this data out or have some backend integration with said third parties.
