  • So inaccessible

There is nothing that makes me feel more disheartened then when a trainer says, during a BEGINNER run “this is a pace you could run for thirty minutes”. Excuse me??? I can barely run for two minute at a slow pace. You guys need to get your s$$$ together, I seriously broke down in my “beginner” run today. I’ve been trying to improve my running with you for months now and this was the last straw, I can’t stand hearing it anymore. That is not the mark of a good training philosophy. This is the way to make your customers feel like totally incapable.

  • Very good

No understand that I have a Fitbit app for my Fitbit watch that I also use. However I really only use that to monitor a heart rate in my sleep quality and a half and other other things I don’t use it for the work out because the workouts on that app just didn’t interest me for some reason I guess is the best way to say it. However I’ve worked outA couple what time is very regularly using this peloton app the workouts are fun, they’re just the right difficulty, and I think it’s a little clearer to follow because it’s really just in the videos just the instructor. It’s not like you’re in a whole class which I kind of found distracting with the other app so you feel that it’s just you and the instructor with one on one which is really great. The boxing workouts that I’ve done are excellent and they make you sweat. I just finished an ab workout that was only five minutes and it was it was very very difficult but that’s great because that’s something that I want to work on. Overall I got to say it’s a great app you’re gonna love it you’re going to get some great workouts in you’re going to continuously use it as I will. My one why would the app I guess is sometimes the music is a little bit distracting because I think it’s just a little bit too loud but I I think there’s a way to mediate that. I also just meditated using this app and the meditations are nice the calming perfect so all in all it’s a really really good app that I think you will get your moneys worth out of

  • Great content, terrible application

The core product, the classes, are brilliant. Love the music and the instructors. The app itself is absolutely awful though. So many basic things haven’t been implemented. For example, there are lots of decade specific workouts, but you can’t search for 90s using the app. You can’t search for chest workouts despite these existing, you have to choose “upper body” and then keep scrolling. You can’t search for a particular artist or song either, you have to use clunky third party websites for this. Apple watch integration sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t, no rhyme or reason as to why. The stacking feature sometimes crashes and loses your stack. The latest bug is chromecast integration, which suddenly just stopped working. I have no idea what this multi billion dollar bike company posing as a tech company’s dev team do all day, wait for their stock to vest so they can get out? Sadly it seems like the best hope to get a decent app to showcase this great content is a buyout by an actual tech company, fingers crossed.

  • Shocked

I’m not a fan of the gym and ever since going on a health journey since 2019, I decided to find creative ways to exercise without going to the gym, i purchased a cheap indoor bike and began doing that for a year. This year I decided to include more weights and different variations of exercises on the bike so peloton app seamed interesting. I went into the app not expecting much, but as soon as I done my first class I was hooked, absolutely love the community aspect of it, that you can see profiles that are currently doing the class be it offline. I love the hype of the instructors and that they honour everyone going at their own pace. Love it. Really impressed with this app, I’ll defo continue using it. Thank Peloton :D

  • Great app!

I really love this app, there are billions of options so you never get bored and I really enjoy the different instructors and the way they encourage you to work hard, I haven’t had a workout app with that before. I also like being able to stack your workouts (although I haven’t worked out how to go directly to the next workout in the stack without viewing the previous workout stats which would be helpful).

The only thing I wish this app had rn is a way to categorize the workouts you have bookmarked as after a while the list can get quite long and there doesn’t seem to be a way to manage them by kind or even search/filter by run or strength etc. Would love to see that feature added!

  • Many choices, iffy language and layout

Took many weeks of my trial to get a hang of most of the locations for things. Saw something you liked browsing earlier? Remember if it was a class, or a program, or a “featured?” Nope, me either. And just cuz you picked class at the bottom doesn’t mean you’ve got class at the top. Even after doing the same classes and programs for a week I’d get lost. And even though it was an ad for body weight/ equipment that lured me to the trial, it was weeks before I found that section. Ended up subscribing because I love the many choices of things to explore (once I remember where they' are), and there are often hundreds of classes in a grouping with decent filters for difficulty/ instructor/etc. if I quit, it will be because of language in songs (I see no way of disabling it— or adjusting relative volume which would occasionally be nice). Most of the stuff I do is fine, but I have small children in the room…and frankly I don’t want to run to music about other’s undiscerning procreating—and the running ones are the least appropriate playlists. I’ll use a different(free) app

  • 30 min Disney Ride

I really like it and it’s really nice to know that there are some other people in the world that are there up to the challenge and it’s really enjoyable.
  • Everything I’ve been looking for, For my home workouts

Since going in an out of lockdowns I’ve been looking for the right exercise to do at home. I’ve tried so many different things and I’ve tried pretty much every gym where I live! This app is everything! The instructors are great and the exercises are easy to follow along. I havnt gotten a good sweat up like this for so long and having such a fun time. The main deal breaker for me and why I’m so obsessed is the music! It’s so great and so motivating it’s exactly what we need. I wanted to get the app before I purchased the bike and the app had sold me so I’m very excited for the bike to arrive. Thankyou finally an app that cares about exercise and music together! X

  • Bugs

Love the bike. Love the classes. On the software side I think it could be better. Apple Watch & Health integration for Bike+, cycling distance doesn’t update, even though this option is switched on in permissions. Filtering for classes - no free text search, which is possible on the bike. Not a big problem, but an unnecessary inconvenience. Happy to see that class stacking is now possible in the app and past issues with airplay have been fixed.

Features that would be nice to have, but aren’t available on the bike either: 1. Filtering for past workouts by class length and class type. To be able to compare and easily see progress in performance. 2. A graph for completed power zone workouts showing class target power zones. 3. Just more statistical information in general to measure progress, rather than needing 3rd party apps.

But…. I love the bike and the classes, Best purchase ever!

We appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to the Team! Apple Watch is designed to run a single workout at a time, thus if a workout has been initiated through the Peloton App, and subsequently a workout is then initiated in the Workout App on the Watch, this will interrupt the Watch's connection to the Peloton App. Please ensure that when initiating a workout in the Peloton App that it is the only workout running on the Apple Watch.
