Anna - what a diamond!
We have a 3 week trip at Christmas and were getting anxious abut where our sensitive little 6mth old Brussel Griffon would be housed. We decided to trial some dog sitters prior to December and after pouring through the numerous reviews we appeared to hit the jackpot. Anna clearly has a skill set which shows through when handling all types of dogs. The house is clean and very practical for dogs, a good size yard and secure fences. We spend almost an hour with her and the “pack she had with her at that time (which included her own dogs Chewi and the very gentle boss Dingo). Bravo’d tail was up the entire time we were there and he was such a happy puppy when we got him home. I wasn’t fully aware of all the services Anna offers but now I do will surely take advantage of them on the next doggy sleep over. If I could give Anna 20 stars I would but as such will give the max possible. We have found our forever 2nd Mama. Anyone who has a dog that is more their baby Anna is your girl!!

Fantastic service
I was relieved to find someone nearby that could look after our puppy while we went away for a few days. Renee obviously has a passion for animals and it shows. She kept me up to date each day with photos and made me feel at ease. I’m so glad I stumbled across this app made it so much easier to find someone you can trust and loved the fact you could go and meet before hand before committing to a booking. Paying was easy and communication fantastic. We will def be back.

Great Sitters and site always improving
We have found a great sitter who is local, she is great always sends photos, the site was a-bit clunky to start but is always improving.
It’s also good to know that your pets are covered by insurance too when you use the app and I believe they take to vets if the unfortunate happens.
Great prices for us and we feel happy knowing they are in there home.
App has some kinks like finding what you have booked and cancelling is very difficult other than that Great app.

Perfect app to find that pet sitter
I’ve been using this app for last 2 years and have had many successes in finding wonderful pet sitters for my aging dog. My dog has since passed but I’m eternally grateful to this app for helping me find a sitter who gave my dog the best life in her twilight years.

Great concept, not so great execution
The app is a great concept, and there are some quality pet sitters on the app. But there are some issues with the app. For one, it’s slow to pick up on me opening up the message and says on another page that I have an unread message, which then shows the new message on home. Really annoying since it takes more than one swipe when it should be one.
The app should also be more vigilant on the sitters. I interviewed one that hadn’t been on the app for nearly a year. Another one that seemed like she was trying to expose her dog in much need of rehabilitation with my dogs that have no experience with such an anxious dog when she’s meant to be caring for mine.
One positive thing I will say and end with is that I did find a quality sitter ultimately.

Highly recommend
Justine looked after our cat Enzo for 10 days and did a fantastic job!
Enzo was super happy when we got home and Justine sent us regular updates and photos which we really appreciated.

Great way to find sitters but not a well-built app
You can only book one event at a time. If you want someone to watch your dog and take them on walks you have to make two bookings.

Best App I’ve discovered this year
This service is fantastic and I have and will continue to recommend it to friends and family. As a sitter it is an easy and useful way to advertise my sitting services and meet lovely new people and their pets. I have been using the app for just under 4 months now and after a slow start obtaining bookings, things have taken off now that the summer holiday season has begun.
I have continued to be impressed but the response times from Pawshake whenever I have had a question, query or feedback. Their customer service is flawless. As a little extra money maker this app has changed my life!

Pawshake was a life saver
I came across pawshake when I was desperately seeking to find a sitter/carer for my dog when he was in Germany and I was all the way in Australia. I was so grateful to have found Lara who was close to where my dog was in Hamburg who took care of him so well whilst I was in the process of coming all the way to Hamburg to pick him up. My dog Tyga is like my first baby and luckily I came across a reliable and trustworthy site such as this with genuine, caring sitters whom I could trust to care for my baby. It was a real lifesaver when I couldn’t do much all the way on the other side of the world. Thanks pawshake!

Awesome & simple!
Thanks so much for making this app. It made it possible for me to do dog sitting without having to organise insurance. The app does so much for me and makes it heaps easier to dog sit. Pawshake does take quite a percentage of what you earn, which means you really don’t get much for something like walking or day care, but it’s still worth it if you have time on your hands and love animals.
For those looking for dog sitters, the app is great because it’s free!!! It is simple to navigate and can even show a map of where different dog sitters are. It makes it very safe and easy to pay through as well. Highly recommend!
