  • Shockingly poor app

    Having already got 3 parking apps on my phone, I was gobsmacked to find yet another (Phone and Pay) being used when our local park started to charge. This is different to the app used in every other car park in the area. Having downloaded the app I found it so poor with the amount of info to put in (bad text too as I had not taken my reading glasses so the light grey tiny text in each field was a challenge). Then when I came to pay the card section again asked for the location (why???) but then I did not have my card with me as I do everything on my phone these days so could not pay. Why on earth can it not be done withh ApplePay/GooglePay is beyond me.

  • Worst app I’ve ever used

    No exaggeration when I say this is genuinely the worst app on any device I’ve used in my nearly 30 years of life

    10 minutes to pay for parking it took me.

    You sign up, register. Confirm your mobile number. Confirmed, then you log in again. To log in you have to confirm again via SMS, i just done that? Anyway, we’re in the app now. Look for parking location, select my location, select time you want to finish your parking. Oh wait you can’t pay yet you need to add a payment card . Ok that’s fine. Add my card, asking for my address too for some reason which is too much for a parking app. Bank app asks for verification which is expected, gone through that, wait for the app to refresh, boom. Your cards added on your file. But you gotta rebook your parking again. I just added my card why do I need to go through the long process of adding my card? Anyway, go through it, add my address AGAIN, add my card details, boom. Your bank needs to verify the purchase, but I just done this? Anyway, all done. This took me the best part of 10 minutes just because the UX/UI is genuinely dreadful. I hope the company or whoever’s contracted to design the apps takes this feedback into account because it should t take more than 1 minute max to pay for parking. Too many unnecessary steps.

  • THE WORST PARKING APP EVER

    Seriously, Im so grateful that LCC are expanding options at last.
    This app is so badly designed. Its 'responsive' design doesnt fit onto my iphone screen.
    It forgets who you are often, it obscures the actual input box with the keyboard, so you can only guess at what you have input - this is super tricky when trying to put your password in!
    All together a pretty useless app.
    I park in places where i dont have to use this app now. I do NOT reccommend.

  • TERRIBLE APP!!!!!

    This app is pointless for visitors outside of the UK. The app will not let me register my US cell phone number.

    Let’s see if I get a response to my email I sent through the “contact me” section on the website.
  • Dreadful

    Truly zero stars rated app. Not user friendly in any way. Unresponsive and laboured to use. Tried a few times to get the car registration into the app without success. Then getting payment method aligned is close to impossible. When you consider all the other parking payment apps available and how easy they are to use you have to conclude that this app can only have been designed to be this terrible. Wouldn’t be surprised if the company earns more revenue from exasperated non payment fines (the car park I used was in a hospital facility where parking isn’t easy and time is important) than it does actual parking. Deleted the app and would sooner park in the middle of a roundabout than use their facilities again. Can you give negative stars ?

  • Worst parking app I’ve ever used

    This is without doubt the worst parking app I’ve ever used. And it works in their favour, because if you’re unable to go through the painful setup procedure with a poor signal you’ll get a fine.
    I’ve received a £60 parking fine because I was unable to use this thing.
    I will no longer park anywhere where this app is used.

  • Awful

    Incredibly time consuming, asks for far too much information and isn’t compatible with normal payment using Apple Pay, you have to type in your full card details. All to park once in an awful car park. Absolute disgrace. Cash is an option at the car park but no change given, unacceptable in this day and age.

  • I’ll be sending the fine to the app developers

    If I get a fine after spending 20mins trying to pay, you will be getting the bill! Absolutely useless.
    I have added my payment card 3 times, processing a £0.00 transaction then when I go to the payment screen each time it forgets the card and fails
  • Terrible. Awfully clunky UI with zero auto complete.

    Please update this terrible app. The user interface is extremely clunky, it looks and feels like what you’d expect from a scammer. The add payment card facility offers no auto complete integration or ability scan the card or use Apple Pay. You need to pay £0.00 to add a card which is not clear so repetition is inevitable. There’s no ability to start at what time you entered the car park, only able to start after the wasted time trying to register and add a card. I’m tech savvy - I work in an IT field, I dread to think what the experience is like for less familiar users. Please try harder to deliver what you’re promising on your website.
