  • Worst app ever

    This is honestly the worst app for parking. First off the parking is cash only which was an issue until I saw there’s an app you can pay from. I was like cool I’ll do it that. Only to get on the app spend a millennia registering onto the app. Next annoyance is there’s no apple/google pay so you have then spend a minute signing your card up. Fine that’s all good I’ll do that. I select my time I need and enter my details and then try to book my time. Only for it to fail and repeatedly as it keeps forgetting my card. The parking does give you half an hour free but you spend that half an hour trying to bloody pay for the rest of your time. It shouldn’t be that difficult to pay for parking !!

  • Horrible, Pointless, Useless App

    Unless you have a UK Phone number, you cannot use this app as the feeble-minded owners of this app have not contemplated the very possibility of a visitor needing to pay for parking.
  • Worst Parking app

    I use a few parking apps. They can be so convenient. Not this one. Having not used it for a while and being on a new phone I had to input many of my details again. Understandable on one level, but no autofill function meant this took so long I had to give up and park in a nearby NCP or would not have made my appointment. Was even concerned I would get a ticket while I was sat in my car trying to get the app to work. Not helped by really poor Vodafone 5g in that part of Liverpool (Duke Street)

  • Move your car! You will get fined regardless

    #Cowboys!
    Parked as I was in a rush, the app wouldn’t work and the phone number was never answered, took me 3 hours to pay, they have a 10 minute rule where if you don’t pay they fine you, even when I paid for a full day. Please park else where, the train station across the road was cheaper too
  • Worthless for visitors

    Are the app developers unaware that tourists visit the UK and rent cars? Impossible to set up an account with a non-UK phone number. No municipality or private car park should use this app for payment.
  • Tedious and frustrating sign up

    Signing up for this app was one of the worst app experiences I’ve had.
    All my details had to be manually added, even though the iPhone already holds everything I needed and will normally auto fill name address, card number etc.
    When I eventually got signed up I was able to pay for parking charge, but I greatly resented having to pay an additional service charge.

  • Dreadful App

    I have used this app for a long time. Not always user friendly but did the job. It recently signed me out and it wouldn’t accept my card. I tried to re-add it but every time it comes up with a message that it doesn’t match the card type. I’ve tried every single card type and it still doesn’t allow me to add it. It’s the same card I’ve used for a while now so not sure why it’s not working now. Very disappointed.

  • Bare minimum, if that

    Does the bare minimum. Doesn’t respond to the keyboard moving up which even on my Pro Max means the reset password field was covered up and I couldn’t paste the password in. Doesn’t interact well with password managers because sometimes there’s a PIN, sometimes a password. Reset password form didn’t offer me a suggested password. Randomly had to set up the credit card again, none of the text fields knew what type of input they wanted so I had to type everything in and then when it had all finished, I was a few minutes into my parking!

  • How on earth do they get away with it?

    Clearly by the reviews these people are exploiting. Can anyone advise how to expose this company?. Causing misery.
    The app won’t work. You try for ten minutes so realise it’s futile. Then they have you as you have spent too long trying so get a fine. They set you up to fail.
    Other parking tech (Ringo) works. So these people simply are up to scratch. And the public suffers.
    Someone at Phone and Pay should be prosecuted.

  • The app is designed to make you get a fine

    This app is deliberately designed so that you get a parking fine. It's too complicated to attempt to set up when you are in one of their car parks, so the five minutes of grace elapse, and you end up with a fine.

    I contacted support and was dismissed with a couple of replies saying it was something I was doing wrong. Upon further investigation, I am not alone.
