  • Awful onboarding experience

    Was forced to use this app from a local train station.

    This was one of the most single frustrating app experiences I’ve ever had.

    Just trying to register is like pulling teeth. Don’t make a mistake as it’ll forget everything. There’s several other parking apps that all do the job relatively well. It’s amazing how this one can be so bad.

  • Worst of the parking apps

    Can never connect to server when paying for parking. Now I am trying to set up a new credit card but it asks for a location number, this seems to be intentional; I don’t want to park, I’m just trying to save time for when I do. I do not want to be fiddling around in the app in a cold rainswept car park typing in my credit card details. Fortunately this app is not commonly used round here.

  • Useless

    Two days before travelling I downloaded this app and registered details (car registration, payment card etc). This morning got to car park and the app wouldn’t work “Oops there’s a problem” or words to that effect, it said. Closed app and tried again. Same error message. Eventually gave up on app and used the machine. Arrived on station platform to see pulling out!

  • Worst Parking app I have

    This was the best app I had and as the app are updated they all appear to get worse but this one definitely takes the award of the worst. I’m regularly locked out and have to sign in again, the latest issue is you book an hour but you don’t get an hour the clock appears to start ticking as soon as you open the app as for a one hour payment I got 50 minutes as the app kept crashing out. When it finally accepted my payment the clock was down to 50 minutes. Unfortunately the user doesn’t have an option the carpark owners dictate what app you have to use.

  • Can’t enter phone number

    App is unusable. I wasn’t able to enter any phone number it considered valid
  • Useless

    App forces you to sign up using a phone number but the app does not accept anything but a UK number making international visitors completely unable to use the app. I had an instance where it took me 30 minutes to pay for parking as the pay and display car park meter did not accept cashless payments
  • UK numbers only

    Couldn’t see how to register non-UK phones. So pretty useless really.
  • Utter, complete, absolute rubbish

    Tried to use this app in Liverpool after one of their many broken parking pay machines did not work. The app and phone system failed me. The SMS failed but have no indication it failed, so I got a ticket. I suspect Liverpool Council knows their parking pay systems are all broken but sees it as an “enhanced revenue stream” issuing PCNs to all the hapless parkers. The total brokenness of the app and parking system has made me seriously consider no longer bringing my tour group to Liverpool.

  • Meter wouldn’t accept coins, app won’t accept international phone numbers.

    I tried to sign up for the app and tried to pay cash to park in a location. The meter was out of order and the app would not allow me to sign up with a US phone number. Went somewhere else to park but will probably still get a fine.

    Total rubbish!
  • Worthless. App doesn’t work at all.

    Tried parking in one of these lots. Followed all directions. When it came time to pay and park, the delivered nothing but errors. Deleted and went to park elsewhere. Complete rubbish.
