Simple & easy

Straightforward and simple to use. I use it as a timer for my own exercises.

Simple and perfect

Got me into stretching :) thanks

Not a single complaint

Been using the app for years now every evening and it’s really helped to improve my flexibility! Simple interface, great timing options, love that it has a statistics function that shows you how much you’ve stretched over a week, month and all time. Thanks for helping to stretch me out!

⚠️ They Track You

They track you across apps and the web. Do you really trust a company that does that?

See the App Privacy section of their App Store page for details.

Does the job!

Simple, effective, easy to use and gets the job done. Makes my morning routine so much easier.

Not enough routines

Just what I wanted

I think the app is great. A couple of the things would be really brilliant is if you could run the programmes (basic and premium) back to back or even better select elements from
Both. Also I find the beeping a bit much. A single sound would be great. But it’s really just what I needed

Easy to Use

This is just what I was looking for, a straightforward app with stretching exercises. Most fitness apps have far too much β€œstuff”. You can increase the effort in the stretching as you build your flexibility and strength. The auto timer is great and stats section helps me keep track of my progress, which encourages me to do more. But the best thing is it’s easy to use.

Exactly what i want from a stretching app

This app is great for anyone who wants to get into stretching without putting too much thought into it. It has 9 stretches and a timer for each one. It automatically goes to the next one and syncs with apple health. I actually prefer a separate stretching app from my main fitness apps because it simplifies and isolates it from the rest of the exercise. Great job guys!

Great but issues with latest update

Has been great for many months, I use it daily!

Since the last update it randomly seems to get stuck in an endless loop on stretches that have a left/right variation.

I have to manually select the next exercise to get round this issue.
