Not many stretches in free version
Maybe the premium version is worth your time, but the free version only has a handful of stretches.
Simple and effective
This app is fantastic. Iโm starting to see progress in my flexibility after only a few weeks.
Easy App
This App has simple stretches with a countdown and syncs with phone. Easy means happy to do it each day. Making a difference in isolation.
Good stretches, but lacks a few basic things
First, it would be great if the app told you which muscles you are supposed to feel each stretch in, so that you know if you are doing the stretch correctly. Second, it would be great if there were an option of having a voice reading the instructions aloud so that you don't have to read the descriptions in between stretches and break the rhythm of the routine. Other than that, decent stretching app.

Great app
This is a great app a shame you have to buy premium to be able to get more stretches ๐but I use it every day and itโs great to stretch in the mornings
Great stretching buddy
Solid app. Good flexibility in settings to allow set up and stretch time length. Keeps ongoing record of usage. Works well while listening to podcasts, but difficult to hear tones while listening to music. Features I would like to see are independent volume control and custom stretch program - where I can add new stretches, repeats, etc. Keep up the great work.

Try and restore purchases...
Nope - wonโt allow you to restore purchases and pushes you to re-purchase the premium mode. Do not purchase, you WILL regret it.
Very Pleased
I woke up one day and discovered I was in my mid 40s. Everything seemed more difficult. I realized I needed to dedicate time every day to stretching. This App helps me so that. Itโs simple. Itโs not over-engineered. Itโs well-done. It helps me stay on track with stretching thatโs right for me. A beginner. And as I become more advanced, it has additional levels for that too!
