  • Challenge views are disappointing

I like what this lets us do with our staff, but this update changed the challenge view and makes it much more difficult to see how the members of our team are doing. It’s always been tedious to go to the team menu and then back to the challenge menu to see the overall progress. Now the views are identical and give even less information. I miss the horizontal ram graph. And this was changed in the middle of a challenge. Kinda took part of the motivation away.

  • Why you need the Walker Tracker App

I saved $250 by not buying the Apple Watch to track my daily steps & exercises. The Walker Tracker App is free. All I have to do daily is record what I did & for how long I did it. It automatically puts in the appropriate steps. How easy! What a bargain!
  • Walker Tracker Great Support!

I was having issues with Walker Tracker tracking my steps in the App. I contacted the support team and they sent me detailed directions on how to fix my issue! I was able to fix my issues by following the instructions.
  • Great customer service!

As an admin new to the program, I had lots of questions. They were prompt in their replies and open to any level of questions, basic or advanced. My group has given me great feedback as well.
  • Why does it keep asking me to reestablish a link?

This app is generally good, except it keeps telling me that I need to authorize syncing with my iOS step counter. Each time I reauthorize it, it works for a day or two, but then I get the notification that I need to reauthorize, again. It’s annoying.
  • Can’t get easier

I like that you pick a number from 1-10 for the way you think you are. So much easier than tracking every calorie.
  • App will not track all my steps

From the very first challenge we had through my work, the app is anywhere from 1k to 2.5k behind my Apple health app. It’s very frustrating. Maybe an instant sync button would help?
  • Not for the blind...

I don’t understand how an app doesn’t have the ability to zoom in on content in the different pages (using fingers in screen). How is that possible in 2020? If I want to see the print, I have to get a magnifying glass or bring it up on my iPad or computer. Also the app really isn’t intuitive at all to help a user navigate through the app logically.

  • Teacher

I am changing my review of this app because the steps that I was talking is actually the Heart App’s.

I am learning to use this app. I am liking this app’s options. But I do need to find a way to really learn the capabilities available from this app. Is there a way, a place that I can use to learn more about thus app?

  • Team results

While I like the idea of having a competition with real-time feedback (and a map), my team’s numbers are inaccurate. The app syncs with the phone sometimes and step totals one day may not be the total the next. For example, my teammate has LOST steps as the competition goes on to the tune of about 50,000 steps on three days. Her phone has one total but the app has another. Disappointing because it ruined the fun of the competition.
