It’s a rip-off!!!!
They took 3 days to come back, by which time I had found another company. Then they kept 90% of the fare even though I cancelled 3 days ahead of the job!!!!!!
7. CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS
7.1. Cancellations must be made by you using our website. You will be entitled to a refund, depending on when you cancel your Booking, as follows: (i) If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the Journey date in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 55% of the value of your booking. We had the best service possible. The app worked seamlessly unlike the others. Our driver was on time, pleasant and went above and beyond to assist. We were going to two terminals and he made sure we were able to navigate smoothly. I highly recommend.
Good platform and customer service with price variation
I had a very professional experience and prompt help with this platform.
The bookings were straight forward, however it took a day or two to know which company my ride had been assigned. I also had a booking cancelled but they sent an alternative very quickly.
It’s just a little confusing as some companies only took cash and there’s no option for me to have the payment option stated on my requirements from begging to end, so I had to call and cancel the alternative they suggested as I was on location and without access to bank.
Also, there’s no option for me to amend my booking other than calling the customer services, which could be better and faster with an online option...
There’s also a price variation to the same route in less than a week which I didn’t understand. Taxicode says the price is given to them by the companies and didn’t take responsibility.
Other than that I would recommend the platform, they offer a price range for a more economic ride to a luxury experience. They also have an array of reliable companies, from start ups to more established ones.

Straightforward and reliable service
Have used this service twice - both times the taxis turned up on time (impressive, as that’s a rarity in my experience), the driver has been polite and the journey has been fine. It makes booking a taxi easy without needing to call lots of little local firms. That’s something I appreciate.
My only gripe is that I can’t set my home address or regular pick up/drop off points/passenger details and have to re-enter them ... not the end of the world, but as I’m often doing the same journey it’d be a nice extension. Other than that, all good so far :)

Great Service
“At a time of tiredness, and a little stress due to having to do additional paperwork ( had just been informed that our luggage had missed the flight), our driver was a very calming influence. When turning our mobile on, we were informed that the driver had been changed, but was given the new number. The replacement driver texted us too, and was waiting outside in the car park to collect us, so no waiting around. A friendly and helpful driver, gave us a safe and stress free drive home. An excellent service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

Ok to me!
Used this early on New Year’s morning. Did pay over the odds for a 3 mile journey but it was New Years and we were desperate. I have had an issue with Uber adding on money to a quote post the journey and refuse to use them again so I was glad that they charged a flat fee and took the money via PayPal before the journey so nothing was added on. This was through the website and not the app. When I downloaded the app my journey wasn’t in there nor was the account is just set up which worried me slightly. But the driver was punctual and very friendly.

Absolutely appalling.
After contacting several other taxi firms about booking for New Year’s Eve, I was pleased to find taxicode had capacity. I made the booking and provided the necessary advance payment (evening of 30 December).
I was then surprised to find that taxicode actually didn’t have capacity and my booking had “gone out to their partners”. Having spoken to at least 10 local firms I didn’t hold out much hope for this and was also a little surprised to find my credit card had already been charged. Nevertheless I gave them 3 hours to find a taxi.
After this time however taxicode had still not confirmed my booking. Needing to know my plans I cancelled the taxi. I was however amazed to find that their cancellation policy (for a service they can’t not provided) was to not refund me! Because my cancellation was “late”.
I subsequently send, great! Does that mean you can deliver the service? In which case I’ll have my taxi - no response at all. Despite chasing by phone and email.
Absolutely appalling company with outrageous policies.

Excellent service
Our driver Graeme turned up to take our party of 7 to Glasgow Airport on time and was very helpful with our luggage and getting 3 kids settled in car he was very nice to talk to on the journey. When we arrived home at Glasgow Airport he was waiting for us again on time and again was very helpful getting us and luggage into car all this has made our journey to and from the airport very smooth with no stress at all thank you I will definitely book with this company again and would recommend.
